If I have the cruise control on my wheel, would I be able to swap over to something like this and still use these controls on the new wheel?
Yes this wheel has the panels to remove and install the the extra controls.
Where do you put the car original yellow abs socket into new steering..
8:17 on the video you will see the new steering wheel has the yellow port to receive the yellow plug from the car.
Where do you plug the horn wire? The EP3 steering wheel doesnt have a plug for that.
There isn't exactly a reciver plug, there is just a small peace sticking out from the bottom of the wheel in the middle that the horn connects to.
Hi Gav, Smooth install, very helpful video. Question: I am looking to replace my 2005 EP3 Steering wheel grip, but part number Honda 78501-S6M-A91ZC Grip (Red) (Leather) is no longer available. Would you know where I could find a suitable replacement? I am prepared to buy new if I could find one. I would really like to get a new Type R if I could. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
