Thanks so much. The day after I recorded this video I was feeling better and didn't have a fever so I went out for a short ride at a very slow speed. Like with you, I barely made it home and it seemed to set me back a few days.
@@DavidRidesaTrike my wife just got a flat on her trike and we discovered the pry tool we had was not adequate. Luckily we were close to home and took it to REI, they were out of her tube size so we drove home picked up one of the spare ones, took it REI and they changed it for free. Of course we bought better pry tools so we’re ready for the next flat. I hope it doesn’t happen for a very long time. Take care, there’s a whole lot of us on team David!

@@DavidRidesaTrike Im traveling in PA, RI and TN for the next two weeks. I filmed a last minute video before I left and it will be released on Sunday. I wanted to tell you about it before it get’s released. With a glimmer in my eye I talked about exercise and how it relates to my trike riding.. I also told the audience that I was doing extra exercise so I could live to be 100 years old like my grandma. While true, I thought of you often as filmed and edit the video feeling guilty suggesting that I will make it to 100 while you deal with your life threatening issues every day. David, I have so much empathy for you. No suck up, just my honest feelings. The idea I was trying to convey is that was I hoping that all could do a little extra so they can live healthier, happier and maybe a little longer. I hope that comes across in the video. I know you are going the extra mile to extend your life. I appreciate you. Aloha.

It's been over 2 weeks for me but with my compromised immune system everything takes longer. Slowly making progress and thanks!
