This workout makes you rethink how much strength you think you have in your legs. By the second set of the superset I felt like I needed to throw up. Thank you for another amazing workout.
Joining you from a few miles away on The Wirral!! Out of sync, just completed day 7. Really enjoying it!!! Working out at home can be boring and easy for motivation to dip. Really like the fact that the exercises are arranged in superset pairs. Really like the fact that there are some different ones in there rather than having the same old reliables trotted out again. Really like the consistency of 30mins. Really like the tempo. Really like that its not just for hardcore bods. I avoid legs 😂 so like the 'discipline' of this. Was properly aching after the first leg day but I trust in the process and the schedule allows for appropriate rest and recovery. Thank you for making this available and helping people. I will get the ebook on completion by way of thanks and also for further inspiration and motivation. I'll see it as my certificate of completion!! 👍
I wasn’t able to do the lateral combo lunges in the second section. I have a lot of body weight and it hurts my knees. I’ll make up for it by running tomorrow morning!
Really enjoy these workouts, very much appreciate your work. I do these at home and find with a few of the sets I don't have the roof height to be able to stand up and full extend my arm vertically. Is performing the same actions with the upper body sat on a bench a suitable alternative?
Do you mean split squats, but yes if you have a variation that feels better for you definitely just swap for those any time I add a lunge in for any workout of mine. Keep it up Noelle 💪🏼

Another great workout, my first one in this series for legs. I had to scale a few of the exercises to make them knee joint friendly.

No problem, staying consistent is most important part. Many people will be adapting things to suit their body.
