Western Electric Eastern Headquarters/AT&T Network Systems leased a Gateway building in Newark, NJ.

Western Electric was a manufacturing company part of the Bell System. There setup prior to the breakup of the Bell System was regional headquarters. A corporate building was in New York City and the NorthEastern region was in Newark, New Jersey at the Gateway II building as shown. After the diversituture of AT&T and seven Bell operating companies, Western Electric was renamed as AT&T Network Systems at this location. This building was an office building and not a manufacturing plant type operation
