It would be cool if Madonna would release a compilation of unreleased tracks. She has dozens, if not hundreds, of such tracks and surely she could select 12-15 that she feels are strong enough to see the light of day. Often a perfectly good song is left off an album because it doesn't contribute to the overall feel or intention of the project. It doesn't mean the song isn't worthy in its own right.
it's a very good jam, kind of a softer take on Erotica's lyrical approach and themes. The whole "let down your guard/ ... come inside" seems like a potent metaphor considering "Bedtime Stories" was released at the height of the AIDS epidemic and safer sex was very much on everyone's mind!
so many songs from this era and many of her others. bedtime stories and American life have loads of offcuts that would've made the albums even more epic. let down your guard, your honesty, freedom, included would've made an awesome 14 track album.

The song always sounded unfinished to me. It needed strong verses and a melodic bridge! This is like a TLC song but without a Left Eye rap and no iconic Chilli midpart. Vocally Madonna can easily do what a Chilli can!
Bedtime Stories suffered because of the lack of upbeat songs. This and Your Honesty would have been welcome additions. Both strong enough to be on the album.
