Honestly and very humbly I accept that I don’t have a huge fan base or a huge number of subscribers, accordingly I have to purchase all the products myself. However I don’t regret it as I’m a Geek, so I would have purchased all the products even if I wouldn’t be working on UA-cam.

Go toh Adobe Website, search for photoshop, follow the steps for payment and I have already told how to install apps in one of the videos of this series, follow those steps and you can then use Photoshop.

Not really but file transfer karne ke liye aapko Mac me kuch softwares install krne honge. The rest depends on your workflow and needs.

If you want to do more productive work like Video Editing, Music Production, VFx, CGI, etc. you can buy a MacBook. You can also do this on high-end windows laptops as well.
If you want to do heavy gaming then go with windows.
Basically, it depends on which OS you like more. I would recommend you to buy a MacBook if you have multiple Apple products since the integration of Apple Ecosystem is really great and useful.
