    Nice work on the bag.
    Because the bag isn't very heavy, it would be best if you did slow technical body and leg kicks instead. I see your body kicks are kind of like whips, but they should be like a baseball bat.
    Search "Muay Thai Body Kick Technique", and you will see that when they hit their target, their knee is still slightly bent upon contact. You want to go through the ribs and explode the organs, not slap the skin. The body isn't like the head, it has much more mass so you need to put a lot of "through" force. This is hard to do on this bag because it will fall over, so do the correct technique, but do it more controlled and pull back at the very end. Based on the bag work, you are 90% there on the body roundhouse kicks, just this little thing.
    Punching and stretching look great. Actually punching looks really good, and I see a good amount of force being created from rotation of hips and shoulders in the punches which is amazing. Maybe you can add a bit of headmovement when you're not punching to make you more unpredictable and fluid. Your combination choice is very good.

      I’m from Israel and yeah I’ve got the same problem. Luckily my grandparents and parents friends live near gyms so I can stay by them

    i know its a lighter bag and ur not trying to knock it over everytime but with your kicks and some of ur hooks (mainly ur right lead hook) i would say try to have the idea of punching and kicking through the bag, i say this because ur not getting the power you could be getting and ur kinda limiting yourself by stopping the motion once you connect with the bag. but otherwise great progress from the last time i came across u, cant wait to be on the roster with you in a few years

    GYM is still indeed important, there are a lot of MMA fighters who go to the gym, but don't train like a lazy bodybuilder.

      incorrect. all you need is calisthenics and bag work to become ufc champion. gym is a money scam unless it teaches a discipline

      @@pardonthenergy You're not gonna progress a lot in calisthenics. There are movements that calisthenics doesn't involve, plus, even weighted push-ups are harder to be progressive than a bench.
