suggestion for video: I have lots of struggles reading the trick serves of hidden top or cut spin. what to look for? how to spot it. like in real detail. in dept. just 1 serve. but super up close and detailed. and then also how to actually make the serve as well. And then maybe a real live demonstration of the two differences in a match where receiver doesnt know what he is getting.
Lolli pop also known as wiper serve is my most effective. Craig would you tell us where is the ideal first landing spot (server side) , the different effects close to the edge , middle , close to the net. Very good lesson.
Lol, straight backspin is what I actually do when try to make hook serve. No sidespin at all unless I pull bat a bit down and it becomes a bit more tomahawkish 😂
Btw I've tried the backhand serve with the hand underneath today and I liked it. The contact is getting naturally lower and the ball jumps lower. Thanks for the advice! From my side, I can share that when you additionally use wrist and your index finger at the moment of the contact, you will get more spin.
Ay - you lost weight over the course of the last year and now you’re using your body advantage against us. Tucked in belly and he is talking about getting the racket close to the body when doing the pendulum by serve…as if I wasn’t happy my arms are as long as they are 😉
Hi my Sosia , One coffee for you! Thank you for this advices! 😊
Awesome, thank you so much
Nice video, would love to see how to receive all those serve variations, I struggle a lot with that!

Hey Craig,
Without no doubt, I am not serving as good as you but it was a pleasure, to serve you a coffee 😂

Thanks, very clear and useful 😊🏓❤️
Excellent as always Craig. I serve my backhand serve starting above my shoulder. I will give the `under the arm ` method a try.
Parfait merci beaucoup pour cette vidéo 😊

As a rough guide:
Side / Top - 1/3rd up on your side
Side - 1/2 up on your side
Back - 2/3rds up on your side
I will try Hook Serve
Seem to be nice tips, i have to try it , thanks
Thank you!
Craig the best. With love from Russia

We all have different blockers. If you have to exaggerate the angle a little more, that’s okay too.
Could you use the reverse pendulum grip for the pendulum serve?
It should be possible, yes. Give it a try, see how it feels.
Thank you Mr coach for your tips, I'm from Iran, I hope visit you in Iran...
🙏🌹💐🌻🌸🥀🙏
Craig, I've noticed that you stomp on your left leg when doing a backhand serve. But why not on the right leg - like a golf player doing a shot?)
Good awareness 👀 Just an impulsive movement, no specific reason for using it.
Thank goodness it's not just me 😂 @@TheTableTennisServiceGuy

Nice Video! Untertitel auf deutsch wäre für mich persönlich sehr hilfreich weil mein Englisch nicht so gut ist. Danke trotzdem für die tollen Tipps. 👍
