Thanks for the review! I have 3 of these rods and love them. Your review is spot on! I fished the Triumph series for several years with no problem and decided to step up (or so I thought) to the BassX model. Bad choice! The reel seat came unglued on all 3 within the first few months. After reading reviews I found that this is a common problem with BassX. I will say St. Croix warranty really came through and I opted to step up a model to the Mojo. Very good decision. One thing, although Bass Pro currently has the Mojo on sale it normally runs around $150 now. Still a good deal for this quality!
