The quick start guide that comes with the unit shows how to insert the battery, then charge. The very next page is titled ‘Removing the 4G LTE SIM Card’. Right after that, it describes ‘Setting up WiFi connection” Why on earth would I be removing the SIM card before setting up, or at all?
Why does my Orbic always show the battery sign first. It says I am supposed to hold the button down until the welcome comes up, but I have to hit it twice. Is this normal?

Hello, I have a question. My husband went to the Verizon store and got and orbic wifi box. After we put the password in our phone, it says "sign into network ". We also have the option to "use network as is" or "don't use network", so we go to use network as is and it says we are connected but we can't access anything that has to do with internet. Do you have any idea what the problem may be? Or should we go back to the Verizon store? Lmk. Thanks!
