Completed my Notes after watching your video series of cell signalling.. Thanx a lot ma'am for clearing this topic.. It was my left portion since 2month but today I did😅😂
Agr question me pucha discuss the mechanism of G protein mediated cell signaling tho kitna thak likhna hai ,second massenger thak include krna padegaa kiya
Ma'am your videos are very helpful in understanding the concepts. Could you please also upload the video on the topic " cell cycle and its regulation " please ma'am.....try to upload it as soon as possible......
Becoz receptor ke pass GEF activity hota hai toh upon ligand binding receptor activates g- protein by adding GTP and for converting back to GDP ,G_protein ke alpha unit ke pass gtpase activity hoti haii toh easily remove kar deta haii.... Toh jab unke pass vo activities hai toh wahi use karnegye... I think so
it's not CTD per se which communicate with g proteins it's C3 loop between helices 5 and 6 ; moreover the ligand position you are showing is not completely accurate bcz most of ligand interact with helix 3,5 and 6 ...infact in family 2 of GPCR ligand do bind with NTD portion but part of ligand also bind in between helices ...this interaction is important for specificity as well as for inducing cAMP... your video has many inaccuracies plz do proper research
U deserve million of likes ma'am.. My best wishes 🙏
Ma'am wo aap kahte ho na.. Crystal clear.. Waise hi samaj aata hai aapse.
Thanks.
Thankyou so much for this wonderful explanation mam

Amazing vdeo maam... Amazing explanation
Thank you so much ma'am , love from Assam
Thank you mam
Thanks a lot mam 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Very nice mam 😀 thanks for help
Very very nice mam

Sure will upload
@@BansalBiologyAvantika Yes Ma'am... Please upload
Please upload video on Cyto skeleton
Ma'am please make a video on neurotransmitter
Thank you
Nice mam but we also want a notes of cell signalling
I am litle bit confused... Why to remove whole GDP and GTP just phosphorylate and dephosphorylate respectively..... M i correct??,

Thanks ma'am
❤❤
Thanku mam😇👍
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Thanks di
dii in human body where we have more GPCR?
😊😘😘😘😘😊😊😊😊😊😍😍😍😍

Yes.
And subunits of G protein are present on cytosolic face of cell membrane.
Explain in English
S mam, Even I need
Thank u mam 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Thank you mam
Hiii mam
