Great video! The liner will be easier to put on in the future, as you'll usually be putting it on first thing in the morning, before your limb swells. Also, your limb will still shrink and become more firm. Considering how early in the process you are, you're doing amazingly well!

they are hard to get started on, I found warming it in hot watter washing it b4 i put mine on helps and feels better than when its cold, and i use a lil hand sanitizer on the rubber boot b4 I put on the hard socket of my leg. I got my leg last November at thanksgiving,, and I had a difficult time with cruches both my shoulders were also destroyed when i was ran over, but after 10 year in a char i am walking with one Kane you getting a Attoblock ? Good luck.. I am a left above knee. to stretch your hip and midsection lay on your stomic and keep your pelvis down and push up with your arm push your shoulder up stretching you hips deflection back. I love bing able to walk agean.. Best wishes, you can due it....
