I had the M3R, which was great although everything was swamped in reverb. My favourite rompler was the Roland SC88 (a desktop version of the sc880). So 90’s! Ten years prior, those players would cost the same as a house,

I love 90s digital synths and sequencers I learned alot about electronic music with my first piece I ever owned. The yamaha rs7000 great sample based digital machine. I know everyone's into analog right now but I still love my digital gear lol

Ehh... The JV-1080 and JV-2080 may have the same sounds, but the JV-1080 somehow sounds way better than the JV-2080 for many sounds.

What MIDI patchbay is that at around 2 minutes?
No patch bays. He simply daisy chained all the units midi in/thru and are all on channel 1. The top rack shown is a Behringer stereo mixer for audio mixing from the rack units. very simple setup.
Man, what a ripoff, I was expecting synths from the BOSS Dr. Synth line... and here I am watching something completely different :D:D:D Nice modules, have quite a few of them, nice to see someone else is also enthusiastic about those :))) I would love something like this knobcon around where I live :D

Romplers vs analog synths can be compared to sex. Romplers being fake breast augmentations, analog being all natural mammo's.

I have a roland U-110. It's gigantic and has some of the worst samples I've heard. Even for 87 I feel it was poor.
