Law was passed on my birthday last year been preparing since. University degree recognition by ZAB, been learning Deutsch 1+year and will have my A1 ( going to B2). Also got degree recognised by issuing county (2FA). Work experience and all. I’ve got 11 out of the 14 possible points (won’t need points when ZAB full recognition lands) Heard the government official responsible for immigration (interior minister or so) say you can use part time job 20h/week as proof of funds. (don’t want to think about blocked account even if I have the money) Didn’t hear him say invitation letter but it’s on the government official website.
@@Chizzaram any questions you have walk to the German embassy or consulate and ask them what the requirements are they’ll tell you, also there might be slight differences between consulates. Not with respect to the requirements but as to what is accepted

@@Beyoutiful245 If your course isn't there it simply means someone from your school that studied that course has never had to provide a statement of comparability. You may have to be the one to open that door for your department. Anabin deals with past data gathered from ZAB

You can still work on it. If your university is not there or not recognised, you can apply for a statement of comparability on the anabin database.
