  • How to take off a front wheel of a 2005 gsxr 600.. Tools needed and steps needed to do so... Prolly similar steps on all motorcycles. Any questions just ask.. Hope this will help people out thanks!!!

    mine was not to bad but it is normal for it to be like yours...i always use a longer bar to put over the rachet of almost everything i do just cause it makes everything so much easier

    no you dont loosen that side cause think of that side as a nut..if you loosen that side the whole axle will just spin..you need to keep that side tight so when you loosen the axel it'll unscrew it..the axle is a bolt and it screws into that side..you loosen both..it'll just spin the whole thing..hopefully this made sense..thanks

    On the bottom of the forks where the two "pinch" bolts are I understand you loosen the ones where you put the homemade axle tool, but what about the ones on the other side. if you loosen those would it make breaking the axle loose easier? Also major props to the homemade axle tool I thought of that idea but didn't know if that would work.

    hey bro I just used a huge cresent wrench anddropped my weight on it and it broke free. Was yours difficult too?

      +obiej17 I went to a store and bought 1bolt 2 nuts and a lock washer size... Don't need to weld fits perfectly and I took off my tires without and issue
