  • One of five Ogham subject sessions I now host each year, and perhaps divination with Ogham is the most popular and most mysterious, because there are no defined scripted ancient archives. All we have is a combination of speculation of ancient ways from fragments passed down combined with modern divination and oracle methods that bring in the ogham trees symbols instead of planets, constellations, mythological deities and totem animals and birds.
So through this Sunday Session we explore clues to how Trees and Ogham symbols could have been used as divination and prophecy tools from ancient time. Also we review the methods of divination using Ogham that have developed over about the past 200 years, and especially during the past 30 years.
Please share your thoughts and practices of Ogham Divination..

Thank you so much, John, for presenting this, and how wonderful to happen upon Dana here. I have been working on 'what would the alternative be' in my on ecosystem all day, Dana.. and all year, pretty much.. In Australia, but especially in subtropical and tropical Australia, it is more than just a little challenging to meet these trees. I have invited a few medicinal allies to come and live with me, but most simply won't thrive here, or even survive, and I can't make beloved trees my guinea pigs, so it leaves me to find my own... and I am loving that process..

They found the language carved next to Phoenician carvings in the Americas…. Dates it to the Phoenician ages of navigation

One of my life regrets not studying and using the language more. In my younger years use to speak some Scottish Argyll Gàidhlig but its ‘if you don’t use it, you lose it’, especially after living in the USA for 12 years and not saying a word of Gàidhlig.
