I genuinely enjoy these business talks and congratulations on the new office space. Love Kinks is doing amazing and you been working hard.
I like option 1.
I struggle to concentrate in smaller work spaces for extended hours, so the more space and lighting for me - the better. However, I do wish the outside area was a little better to give you the option of working outside on warmer days (but this wouldnt be a deal breaker for me).
I also think going for a cheaper option is better because it allows to gather intell and learn what you like and don't like in office spaces whilst saving money. You can always move in a year if you feel it isn't suitable.
Anyways, I love this type of content - real, transparent and no glamourisation of the entrepreneurship journey.

Option 1 gama. Not only does it make financial sense, but functional too! You get a bigger and “perfect” space once the business is fully in motion and can comfortably splurge on a more lux space. Wishing you the very best.

Hi Sino thank you for the business tips , very informative video. I would go for office 1 , its spacious than the second one and i also loved the garden vibe they had outside. You could really use that space when you need to take pictures or do videos for your UA-cam and Instagram. I am sure you will make a good decision. Good luck :)

I like the first office space I think it has a lot of space. The second one is very breathable I feel like you can think there compared to the first one so am gonna say second you'll just to be smart with how you pack everything and if it doesn't work then you can go back to one if it's still available trial and error wethu business is about learning. Office 1 for me. There's more space for storage and there's more room to make it look the way you want it to look compared to office 2
