Hello Sarah. I had so much fun doing my very first Gnome. I did Gnatty in DK but using the 2.25mm creating a very dense fabric but I loved it… not going to see the stuffing, that’s for sure. 😊 I did have trouble pulling the brim down as it couldn’t get over the shoulders, because there weren’t any 😂 he was so round so I had to tack it down. Maybe I should have done the cast off round in bigger needles. Thank you for all you do… now back to my current Gnome’s “hat”. 😅
Oh i can't wait to make my first gnome • my book is in the mail 📦 • please can you tell me • the stripes Gnatty 11:08 • what yarn did you use? i would love to make that same one 😍 • please 🙏🏻
@@Monique-TheYarnCurator that’s Rowan Felted Tweed. I used it for all of the DK weight gnomes in the book. The colours here are Eden, Seafarer, Alabaster

Stitching the brim down is a great option - I do it sometimes with brims that have a mind of their own
Congratulations winners!
Gnatty is my first gnome and I'm working on Someone To Write Gnome About's hat. I used Miss Babs on Gnatty.
I'm so glad Gnatty brought you to gnomes!
Looking forward to getting your book 📕. Love doing your gnomes. ❤
Awesome - thank you!
