Also sport star sells adapters for the speed flex which puts a snap post where the ratchet strap goes for the chinstrap that way you can use whatever chin strap you want also
Why did you chose an absolutely fire picture from the f7 and such a normal pic from the speedflex for the thumbnail? You could have taken like ceedee lamb, an rb or sum linemen

I absolutely cannot stand the F7. As the person who has to hand out and maintain these things, the Riddell is 100% easier to work with and all my athletes and my coaches get an ear full about how much I hate the F7. Trying to keep that F7 crown from popping, fitting the cheek pads, having to correct the face mask, having to even get a needle into either the crown or occipital padding, is a nightmare. Last night I spent 20 minutes just trying to address refitting the face mask after a player removed two screws to get a stupid visor in. There are pieces in that frontal lobe padding that go places that might as well be the vortex of darkness. The F7 is a tighter fit, so for the smaller headed players, since we have them, they get them. And if I hear one more "bucket" comment about our non-Speed Flexes (Speed and, unfortunately, Speed Icon) I'm going to put a literal bucket on someone's head and say you can play with that. And when they cry they're wearing a real bucket, I'll put the actual helmet on their head and tell all the players to STFU. You're welcome.

Man I'm old, when I played there were Riddell and Bike helmets before Bike was aquired by Schutt.
I always say wear the equipment you feel comfortable wearing

Put a needle in the air valve and deflate. If they're still too full, reach out to Ridell. Probably need a different size helmet at the point.

Large, all my helmets are large 🏈 The F7 can feel tight at time but I think that the internal padding may be inflated to much.
