the best machine I have ever bought when it comes to simplicity and quality. very very easy to clean. just need to take out the capsule compartment and empty the water that collects under it. usually after making a shot, I just run a shot of water through it to clean. apart from that, there is nothing else. the quality of the espresso is wonderful. actually surprised me

Nice video, demonstrates the product nicely. I own a Citiz and love it. Simple to use and clean. But, more important, the espresso shot is very good. One bit of advice. Run a shot of hot water into your cup to warm it before making your espresso.

@february231980 At the current time Nespresso only offers espresso capsules. If you were looking for a single serve machine that offered coffee and tea options then you could take a look at the Keurig machines.
