This was a fun workout using the loop bands. Loved the chatter. Have to try to find the movie you talked about. Not only are you the BEST instructor anywhere. But a great movie reviewer. Was there a word of the day. 😂 How about “ Joooooyce”

Chris that was an awesome and very challenging workout today .wowza! I really pushed myself to the limits today and challenged myself.i really felt the burn today .and OMG did i get my sweat on today .what a really awesome amazing start to the week love it ! I feel sooo much fitter and stronger again after the workout.i am still getting much fitter and stronger with each workout.and i am doing the stretches as well.i put in 1000000% hard work and effort today.thank you so much chris.from daniel

Happy "M"? Monday! This was quite the full-body, great and challenging. Especially the backwards plank, very special! 🙃 Thanks as always Chris!! (btw, loved Best Friends and Seems Like Old Times. And if you haven't seen "Flirting with Disaster", I highly recommend it. Great cast and very funny).
Another great full body workout! Loved the abdominal moves! And I was able to go heavier and use two dumbbells for the skull crushers; I normally use one dumbbell for those. Headed to do Day 5 abs now! Thank you! ❤❤❤
Like someone said, this one was a creeper! Good moves though, simple and effective. Today was one of those days for me so I appreciated doing the simpler moves! ❤
Just wondering if you take workouts requests?? If yes, I absolutely love/hate legs with sliders!!! For some reason my muscles engage differently when we use them and I feel every muscle fiber the next day!!!! I love all your workouts! I tell everyone about you! Thank you for kicking my butt!
