  • The world around us is incredibly beautiful and majestic, from the ground we walk on, full of life, to the immensity of the sky. There is always something beautiful to observe. Even being in the middle of a city, sitting on a bench, watching people, birds, bikes, cars, etc. Observation makes you be present and aware of the moment you are in, without thinking about the past or the future, about the tasks you must do.
    That makes your mind rest from worries and your body relaxes. In the long run this has enormous benefits, both physically and psychologically. The way you face life begins to change subconsciously, until one day you remember your SELF from the past and discover that you are no longer the same person, you see the world in a simpler way, and that means that you are already aware of the change that occurred in you.
    Give it a chance to live a calmer life. Start with small exercises, until one day you may make a 180-degree turn in your life.
