I was born when HOTWHEELS CAME OUTso I had all the original ones because I would get them from my aunt and every Christmas 🎄I'm almost 57 years old now I would love 💘 to get back to collecting them again but right now no room to don't have my own place yet HOTWHEELS IS LIKE EYE CANDY TO ME FUN TO LOOK AT THEM I WOULD EVEN PLAY WITH THEM AGAIN ❤❤❤

@@HotWheelsTV they’re getting harder to buy for me because I go to flea markets/ swap meets or I used to. I mostly buy the older stuff online now because I’m not able to go out to the swap meets anymore and I found some good stuff out there and also I would love to attend a diecast convention but I don’t know where the closest one would be or who to talk to about that. Lastly I would love to attend the annual hot wheels convention and or the dinner. I’m not able to make it to the annual convention unfortunately. I’m happy with what I do have in my collection

What I noticed is that whenever Hot Wheels stamps that little flame logo on a car - either on the windows or the body somewhere - it is like a secret marking that signified the car came from a multipack or playset. Is that true? If it is, I wonder if this truck was going to be put in a multipack and then they changed their minds and made it a blue card midway through the run and removed the stamp in the process.
All the cars in that time period had the Hot Wheels logo on the body or window...

Including the two you say that you have and a few others I have seen over the last 25 years, I only know of less than ten... Until I see one sell, I can't value it.. I'm actually messaging from my daughter's UA-cam, I'm Jordan and have been collecting since 1994, Mike Strauss bought a few Orange Bottom Mini Trucks from me back in the day in the Bay Area. I collect with my brothers, one is friends with Willie W and he asked him about the Hauler, WW gave it a $275 value, so I guess that's a start! LOL, thanks again!

I have a Nissan Skyline GT-R R32, that is pink. All the others I have found are white. I don't know if it an error or a custom. It doesn't look like it's been opened, there's no trace of acetone. Can you please help me.

Would it be fair to say that most older guys (30 to 50 year olds) collecting toys now are collecting something they couldn’t have as kids? I just get that feeling! Nothing wrong with that! Could also be they collect something they had as kids but few would have had such a huge collection growing up👍🏻🤔 It has to be collecting something now that was out of reach as a child….
@jayweiss4378 A lot of us are trying to buy back our childhood... Some are buying things they couldn't have as a child and some are buying them because they never stopped. Hot Wheels encapsulates so many different collectors for so many different reasons...
