Hey Michael. Met you in 2002 in Connecticut at the Wild Weekend of Hot Wheels convention. Signed my hat along with Heralda, Scott , Weiss and a couple others. The hat is still pristine. Wish I had all the books still that you had published. Thanks for the video
Heya Mike! Weren't those half white cards called "Faded" blue cards? I have quite a few myself. It truly is frustrating going on eBay and seeing the listings overrun with Faded blue cards when you're trying to find something specific. Thanks for the video! Keep up the good work!
Added this one to my collection last fall - mirror-back blue card, with Propper spelling, with Speed Points booklet included - with the yellow triangle - spent many hours on eBay zooming in on photos hoping to find it, and it paid off.
Mike, please. tell me how to send you pics of HW, THE TELEVISION? otherwise it will take me more time, lol, to figure out how to!! Do to me being 65 long time retired and technology impaired lol. My real name is keep secret. For reasons you can only imagine! As an original hot wheels kid I lived in secret. I'm very private in my Hw game!! without telling anyone who I am. (I tried before, and nobody believed me anyways!!!!!)(So the Heck with it)... So I have reached out to Bruce before and now feel comfortable enough to aquaintant you only now in my bragging. Thanks. I'm an original, quiet, still avid collector sence December of 1967 here in Lynwood/Southgate, El Segundo of Los Angeles Calif. to Hemet, Calif. I've been collecting sence I was 9 years old...you do the math! Longer than we even you my fellow historian. I do have a very unique and extensive collection that would rival any collector! Unique enough not to let you know my historical hw identity. N Big enough to make Bruce and wtffor envy of.. combined. Sadly I can't download simple pics to send to ya. Call me a true Collector. Hint: I have same Name as Johnny Carsons Son. Otherwise call me Spike!
THank you for sharing this piece of information. Variations has always been the most intriguing aspect of this hobby. Would love to see this turned into a series, especially considering all the knowledge you have and all the stories you could tell! keep up the great work sir!

I'm trying to find how to tell year to year for carded cars . . I'm currently trying to sort through a 40 year old collection of hotwheels all carded . Any help. I'm in NY as well
Great information. Question I bought two 2004 first edition tooned deoras. They are gold with black stripes, one has two white surf boards and the other one has no surf boards. Is this an error or variation? Ty

Just a few days ago, someone asked me if I had blue cards, said I don't know what they are. Thanks, Mike. 👍
Love the Blue Cards!!
Thank you for sharing your knowledge. Would love to see more Blue Card variation videos.
