- Muslim wedding in a mosque named "Dzemat Fedzr" located in Munich, Germany. It is not a classic mosque as you know it, with a minaret etc., it is a masjid where the mosque takes place. Germany is a Christian country, so there are not many classic mosques.
This couple is from "Sandzak" a small province in the Republic of Serbia where mostly Muslims live. As some people know, history has brought many people from former Yugoslavia to Western Europe like Germany in the 90th.
We will endeavor to provide you with a subtitle in English as soon as possible :)

@Muslims Obtain Wisdom Would the marriage have been compliant with the sunnah in your opinion, had there been only immediate family ? or in an alternate situation: would you be okay with the marriage had it taken place outside a musullah or masjid? Do we know for a fact that nikkah like this did not occur during the times of the kalifha? Asking so that I may understand more. And if you could provide hadiths I'd appreciate it!

I got married January this year.. When i looked at this video i needed to cry. This right here is in my eyes a dream wedding. In the house of Allah, in the name of Allah, only with the people closest to you and the beautiful simplicity. It sucks that parents are afraid of the opinions of other family members when you don't have a party with everything on it and askin the groom a huge mahr when you only should be afraid of the opinion of Allah (talking from a Moroccan perspective). May Allah bless their marriage, keep shaytan out of their house, keep them happy together until the end and hereafter and may they have healthy children one day inshallah. Ameen
If Allah (SWT) grants me marriage one day, i will insist my original marriage is according to sharia, then we can now have traditional later which is nothing but food party to me. where i come from we believe the traditional wedding is actually for our parents and not us. Edin Karišik a masjid should be simple n functional.. this is how masjid we're in time of our beloved Prophet ( pbuh).. now a days masjid r grander n fancier n empty!! Subhan Allah n this is the case in most masjidss in uk.. we have so many n they also divide the community!! Why? Bcoz this masjid is Somalian community, this one Pakistanis community, this one moraccan community n so forth... shame.. we r all one community.. the Muslim umma! @ayesha siddiqa Yes there must be consideration according to a civil contract and marriage is considered a islamic civil contract ,as you said there must be physical thing . you see if she demanded hajj ,,so hajj is not free of cost and that amount which will be spent to perform hajj is what called consideration ,according to sunnah minimum requiremnt for dower is 10 darham ,and expenses on hajj is far more than tht ...maximum amount of dower one can give is according to your financial condition of groom and is up to th the demand which is made by wali of the bride or bride herself .. .hope you understood .

Monesah Haron MashAllah everything is good except the makeup and dress up in front of non-mahram. Bride and women should only do that around other women and mahram. But still many of our sisters insist doing makeup in front of non-mahram is ok. But Alhumdulillah this was still much better than many Muslim wedding they show on UA-cam with dancing and music. InshaAllah we will slowly improve and make it better and closer to the sunnah. May Allah guide us and make it easy. Ameen

lucia erdei your children you must train them to practice Islam or else it would be difficult later on, in my country Malaysia so many intermarriages , the non Muslim wanted to get married to Muslim , the non Muslim must convert and learn about Islam as here we have special Care and Islamic center that teaches the converts and look after their welfare if their non Muslim parents disowned them, There are so many inter marriages here and very successful practicing Islamic life and at the same time the children follow the parents learning Islam teaching and way of living , they are all so bless although some of them earning small pay but with the prayers and following our prophet teaching Allah rewards contentedness and happiness that other religion did not have these kind of real blessing , with Allah blessing we could feel that everything is so sufficient and blessed , no feeling of greed, viciousness, ungratefulness and our heart so peaceful and marriage life very happy as both husband and wife following sincerely Islamic way of living , I am not good in writing but I am sharing my way of living in Islamic way and my husband is a convert , we live simple life accordingly Islamic way T at this golden age we care for each other . A Great wedding in the mosque , love it . Indian , Pakistanis , B Deshis , even Arabs : spend a lot in unnecessary customs. I wish I could have understood the language. Are they : Bosnians or Albanians , no idea , but imam has dressed in Old Turkish style .

I'm Pakistani and I'm proud to say my nikah was as simple as this with just immediate family in the masjid and a small dinner at home afterwards alhamdulilah
