It's so hard to get married subhanAllah. Its become so expensive almost like you're purchasing a wife these days. I feel like zina is so much more accessible than nikah. Subhanallah when did nikah become so much harder than zina? when did haram become so much easier than halal? May Allah protect us from Zina becasue walahi it's so tempting now becasue nikah is sno unaccessable :'(

You have said something worthy..and hope that people can realise Nikah needs to be easy and parents shouldn't make it so difficult.. I'm not sure about segregation part, as I believe we all should have a level of respect..its that we need to rise..there are so many places we see different genders..our weakness should be more disciplined.. but I do believe that we need to dress modesty to ensure a level of respect for one another.. segregation only teaches men lack of discipline...
Nikah has only become expensive because people care more about pleasing others, impressing others, pulling ranks, trying to out do someone else's wedding. It's become a competition.
My dear brother, there are many ways you can earn wealth with the help of Allah SWT. By simply doing good deeds (such as reading Quran, praying 5 daily prayers and tahajud, and by showing gratitude to Allah...etc) There is no point in committing Zina because when you sin Allah will cut you off from wealth, which will cause you pain and depression and there is a very likely chance you will get the girl pregnant plus you will have to deal with taking care of a baby which will be very expensive. So my dear brother as long as you remain patient and seek it with Allah's help, inshallah the wealth will come.
I turned 30 this March,and Iam not married yet.I want to get married according to the Sunnah in sha Allah.

I reverted to Islam 3 months ago, I am getting married next week, insha Allah, we are having the Imam and a couple of Sheiks come to my Fiancé’s house and have our Nikah in what will be our family home. Just the two of us, the Imam and two Sheiks. I cannot wait 😍

Wanna say something about marriage in Afghanistan.
Alhamdulila proudly I have to say that 99% marriage in Afghanistan will go under Islamic rule and they will make simple as much as possible.
But can’t hide that some ppl may go out of limit, but that’s not only in Afghanistan if we look to others Muslim countries like Pakistan, Iran, etc they r going more and more behind limit may Allah SWT protect us from HARAM THINGS.

I'm part algerian and we have the biggest weddings ever the more dresses we have the longer the wedding. I was raised wanting a big wedding and it's really hard changing the way I think about it and I now know that I should have a simple wedding. I still want the big one with dresses but. I know the way if the sunnah has blessings and if rather choose that

Explaining to these guys this is difficult... So many men even want so much of their wedding instead of Nikkah... The Mehr I have requested is simple Nikkah with international foods and niqabi wedding dress... I want to be almost completely covered on my wedding day even if his family and my family aren't Muslim. I want it celebrated from first to last prayer of three days and 3 days of fasting each night eating dinner together, this way we pray together as two new families brought as one. Inshallah.

I am of Konkani and Hyderabadi origin due to my both parents. So you can guess how the marriage goes normally. But since i was born in Saudi and had upbringing in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, have a good hold of the Sunnahs الحمدلله. And i will make sure my marriage happens STRICTLY IN THE SUNNAH WAY since both my parents sides relatives have many Adopted cultures of Hindus استغفرالله.
Like for example in my fathers side the Konkani men take Dowry of at least more than 50 lakh from the woman after giving the Maher and that too in the form of assets mostly. The females family has no problem to it also.
