- For the fifth film in our Homing In series, co-founder Matt Gibberd knocks on the door of designer Tom Bartlett, founder of Waldo Works. Twenty years ago, Tom purchased a derelict spice factory in west London. Here, he walks us through his singular approach to decorating the magical home he now shares with his son, Bluey, revealing the hidden stories behind his personal collection of curios, including an Ethiopian throne carved from a single piece of wood, a Lego lampshade and a pair of fluorescent Peruvian skirts …

This series is one of the few things on UA-cam that I will rewatch over time. Possibly because it’s serious, in the best sense. Thank you.
Love Tom’s home. Fascinating and authentic. Tom also tells good stories. I could listen to his voice all day!
I completely agree! Tom's home is truly unique and full of character. His storytelling is captivating-his voice really draws you in!
Somehow its balance between being, eclectic but contemporary is wonderfully done. Beautiful.
Love the house!!
The picture…
The lady is looking at herself in the rear vision mirror and the road and car bonnet is also in view 😂😂
They are adorable and this space is an inspiration
i love this series so much - i cant stop rewatching all of them! keep it up
Best episode yet.. loved the home, humour and banter. Love the confidence to make a home unique and perfectly yours ❤
Love this home!! ❤
Thank you for posting this lovely video! I thoroughly enjoyed it! ❤
I have a crush on the house and also Tom
Thank you for this! So interesting, love these longer series. Very insightful and inspiring!
But it IS all related - the whole thing is like living in a 3D Mondrian - the grid wallpaper and curtains, the lines of the walls and steel beams, the white, black, red, blue and yellow - I love it and it must be a deeply satisfying place to call home, where every object brings back a memory. Thanks so much for showing us through and I love this series. I love this channel. I love the Lego light.
Interesting home full of story. Loved it... tho it would have been great to see what you were actually speaking of, or looking at at times.
It would definitely enhance the experience to see what’s being discussed more clearly.
Love this, tom is so fun to watch
Top bloke Tom Bartlett! Proud to have met him on several occasions! He's been a real inspiration in my personal design journey, "on a pleb's budget". Superb taste in music as well. Come back to Colorado soon!
😂
Truly inspiring!
i like Toms voice!! not only home
Fantastic!
Love this❤
I love this series!
Nice Ingo Maurer table lamp in the living area
Do the series again with different house please.
Love your stuff. Watched all your vids and browsed through all your previous listings..
15:45 is there a bath in his bedroom?? loving the quirkiness of tom's house.
🆒🔥
Sweet to watch Tom and Matt flirt during the home tour
!
Err what?
Why didn't you show us the bloody vulture!
When can I move in? 🥰
It looks like the lady is killing herself. She whittled that tree... when she dies the bird will fly free. It's a great picture
This series really is all about beautiful homes and insufferable blabbering about them.
