Thank you for helping my upright my Tenere, I wouldn’t have been able to do it myself with my severely sprained ankle. It was great talking with you, learning about your trip. Safe travels. Ernie
Hey man this was a great video, I've been watching your journey and I've been enjoying it. But you should give Spam a second chance. The way i like to cook it is, start of with bacon flavored spam. Then chop it in like 1/8th inch cubes and fry it real good, when it's almost fried completely crack a some off eggs over the spam. Then fry the eggs to an over medium consistency. I like to squish my eggs up after but that's personal preference. Keep the videos coming man they are awesome!
Your right, I usually always try things I don't like multiple times and in different ways! I think as a breakfast food it would be much better! Appreciate you!
Hey, I'm in vacation in Athens, just watched the video before heading out. It reminded me the time I got stuck in the mud on a Suzi DR750Big. No help, so cheers to Ernie and the Germans 😁
Spam + Fried Onions then crack a few eggs in and enjoy over toast / bread / a fresh roll but it is an acquired taste haha So Cool to see you doing actual adventures that exceed beyond the local starbucks :P you are doing that GS well in its later years
Yeah that actually sounds pretty good! I will have to give it a shot! I'm a pretty simple man, I build a bike for adventure. I will then take it for a legit adventure!
Awesome man! We drove our Focus down to San Fran, the golden Gate is incredible to drive across, I read that in the 20's it super blew peoples minds! The roads are so incredibly steep in San fran, like launching a rocket ship when you're going up them! My favorite part on trips is meeting people too, even though it feels like you're going on vacation to get away from the people\situations stressing you out, the connections we make and different lives, thats the special!
Got so confused when the Spam flew off a local cliff for me here in Norway: pulpit rock 🤩 Your trip looks amazing! Theres heaps of good riding in scandi as well 🤘🏻
Loving this series so far. Just got my big bike license and I’m looking at getting an adventure bike and doing some road trips. Keep it up, Agatas! If you throw down a PayPal or patreon link I’ll shoot a few bucks your way for inspiring me.
Hell yeah man! Congrats, I hope you take a big journey sooner than later. I appreciate you, eventually I will set one up. Glad your enjoying the content!
Great content! I love the short episodes. We ate a good bit of Spam growing up. And as an adult, I will eat it occasionally. My favorite way is to slice it relatively thin a fry it til it's crispy.
So is the entire west coast just full of germans? How do you stay comfortable on these long runs? Is the GS just that comfy? Cos I was dying on my YBR125 after about 3-4h and there was no way I could’ve done any off-roading after that.
Big difference between a YBR and a GS. GS is heavier so it's more steady at high speeds, it can totally do 160km/h all day long plus the seat has lot of cushion. Ur Yamaha will only do 80km/h for a long stretch.
@@barchilandia tbf 80kmh is all you really need if you’re not on highways and even then it’s not that bad. My problem is more that no matter what bike I’m on, even my old sofa Airhead, my back and butt start hurting after a couple hours
Yeah apparently! Honestly I try to do whatever I can to make it better. Like the seat, earplugs, good music, podcasts, proper riding equipment for the weather lol, big windshield, and having a bike that is made for it all make a big difference.

Anytime man! I will have to come back to sanfran another time and check out the bar!
So excellent man.
Keen for the next one!
Thank you! Glad your enjoying them!

What I learned about this trip was how much I do enjoy exploring cities, just not on my bike as its too easy to steal from. 100% agree on the people
Great video as always.
Thank you!
Just did a 'thank you', (wanted to do more but fixed at EUR 2 it seems). Carry on!
Appreciate you!

@@AgatasKatkus also a word of advice for spam. its great protein but it is always a supplement to something else (think like fried noodles).
