Dr. C. Anandharamakrishnan is a renowned Indian scientist and academician with expertise in chemical engineering and food processing. He is currently the Director of the CSIR-National Institute for Interdisciplinary Science and Technology (NIIST) in Thiruvananthapuram. Before assuming this role in November 2022, he served as the Director of the National Institute of Food Technology, Entrepreneurship, and Management (NIFTEM-T) in Thanjavur.
