      I’ve never heard it used like this before in patois it’s usually replaces the word come because Jamaicans think it’s gay to tell some one they’re coming so instead they’ll say.
      “Mi soon forward.” (Soon come, or I’m coming soon)
      “Me ah forward” (I’m coming)
      And my favorite when you’re telling someone to come or come with you. “Forward” (come on) or to ask if they’re coming “yu ah forward?”
      It this context I think it’s more “see you later” or “see you soon”
