I am about to design my own, but hesitated because of the $350 cost. You convinced me to takes he leap, and design my own Hickory heart wood masterpiece ! Your video convinced me. Enjoy your cane, and use it in good health.
If you order one, good luck. I ordered one, paid for it, and it never was made. I called, emailed, them numerous times. Finally they agreed and promised me another one. It’s been 3 weeks and I have no confidence that I’m going to see it.
Has there been any progress yet? I never had a problem with them but I had mine several years back. A few people have been commenting that they are having issues recently. I wonder if the company is on the way down?!
Yes they can be very expensive especially when you add on all the extras if you design your own but very nicely made. This one I've had for nearly a year now and no damage or wear and tear at all :)
Thank you for the review. I have been trying to decide if it was worth the price. It does look very nice. How thick in diameter is the cane. It looks over 2.54 cm.
they have 7/8", 1", and 1-1/8 inch diameters. For an average Lady I would recommend the 7/8 inch since they are lighter. Oak is a little lighter than Hickory.
Oh yes they are excellent and one of the few places where you can fully customise not only the design but the dimensions. Glad you like it :) I love how smart it looks :)
Hi. I've just ordered the Street Smart Cane from Cane Masters but a bit worried if I have made a wrong choice as it's legality in UK as a walking cane. Similar to yours but just a 24inch teardrop and chisel tip with extended grips. Any problems with boarding flights and restrictive admissions to venues?
No problems as it's just a walking aid, not classified as a weapon. You have the right to use and carry it. Private venues can always make their own rules, but I've never had a problem or even a second glance
Hey there. That is a beautiful cane there! I am also a big, tall guy who uses a cane. I practice hapkido/kuk sool (brown belt) and do cane. There is another company in America that makes a great custom metal cane. I think it's called the Black Mamba. I can't remember the company's name now but will look it up and put the link on this comment later. I was thinking of getting a number of canes for every day use. Different colors, makes etc. I have to use a cane anyway as well as training martial arts with one. Have a good day. 😁.
Thank you I love it glad someone else appreciates it :) glad to hear you use yours within your martial arts too! Wow that sounds cool I have heard of black mamba but never realised they did metal canes. I'll deffo have to check them out now and start saving!! Cheers Mate can't wait to check them out lol
The aluminum cane you're referring to is called The Raven (maybe a word or two more) The Black Mamba is a real piece of wooden cane art he sells. He has all his wooden canes made by Cane Masters...I don't know about the Robaina Raven....oh yeah, his name is Joe Robaina hope I spelled it correctly....
@@HouseOfDevlin Maybe think about doing a up close review of this cane with nice lights, so your viewer's can also see every detail. Also great choice on the tear drop...☺
If you have had a custom build then I would say so. Custom builds are hand made. They are a respected company that has been around years. If in doubt message them again for any further clarification:)
I prefer the canemasters with the brass tip mod I did otherwise it would have looked really old Manish however I do prefer it as a result as the cold steel is a little too short for me (2" shorter than my canemaster) and is much easier to use as a result
@@janhansen4518 thanks for recommending an alternative I too find the cold steel too short - better than nothing but still not perfect. I'll have to look at this other one you mentioned :)
You need to check with the company , I don't make these I'm just reviewing a product I bought from them. Good luck and I hope you find what you want :)
I just can't justify the AUD$750+ one would cost me, I have long looked at one but they are hideously expensive and adding in at least $150 shipping to Australia makes them unaffordable.

Beautiful, Yes I see some really nice canes on Canemasters, almost $200.00

I just left a comment on your COld Steel video, suggesting you look at Cane Masters. Now I feel like an idiot, I didn't know about this video.

Damn I wanted that black liquor finish lol. I'm close to your size glad to see that these will support a large frame person without flexing.

Super nice! What style tip did you select for the end of the hook?

I learned that these canes are so light / strong making them easy to swing , I’ve seen a guy blocking 9 mil bullets , it’s all on the wrist .
Hi there! So I ordered a cane from them about 2 weeks ago, and was told that it would be about a month until I get it. Any truth to that?

Do you like this or your cold steel city stick better?

Very impressive review.
Cheers buddy thankyou, glad you liked it :)
Hello , thanks for the review , i will like to order one but what are the cost of cheeping and taxes ? to add to the price ? i am in Belgium

Nice review!
Thankyou :)
A knowledgeable man will choose the copper tip option.

have you ever had any problems with the police when using it outside?
Not at all, also it's not considered to be a weapon, so there is no way they could stop you having it
