One of the best teachers of all time. There are many great ones, but Pawson gives us the story behind the story. In later years he rambles a bit more but still as insightful as he has always been. This is an excellent video and one the viewer, if patient, will get much out of.
he, like many other....good....teachers never views himself as a corporation...thus is not building up a team, to take over or expand on what he has....ergo...when he goes...most of this teaching goes with him....yeah there are videos...but the interactive teaching...is gone....

This is great but he doesn’t replace reading the Bible. What I do is read a Bible book and then I listen to David’s Bible study on that book. You know he did the entire Bible. It’s been such a blessing.

Answer:
You should because it has everything to do with being born-again of water and Spirit.
Proper water-baptism of repentance which was started by John the Baptist who was sent by Lord Jesus:
Man of God. Not woman of God but a man of God who dunks you under water completely declaring exactly, "I baptize you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins."
Titles baptism: "I baptize you in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit/Ghost for the remission of sins." Titles baptism is wrong because it does not use the name of Jesus.
So before you go to that man of God. Ask him if he knows the difference between titles baptism and baptism in the name of Jesus. If he doesn't then find someone who does.
Sometime before [Acts 10] or after [Acts 19] ... you will receive a second and separate Spiritual baptism. After both baptisms you can consider yourself born-again of water and Spirit.
Congratulations. But that is a beginning not a finish line nor a guaranteed ticket to heaven because we must walk toward Lord Jesus for the rest of our earthy lives.
Next step of faith friend. Proper water-baptism of repentance. amen

I was probably baptised three times. Once as a baby , once as a three year old , as I was adopted. And then as an adult aged 40 . I had been born again and I felt that God was calling me to be baptised by full immersion. I had been bapstised in the Spirit three years earlier. K

Interestingly, Hebrews 6:1-2 seems to be talking about the exact same 4 steps David Pawson is talking about, in that same order...REPENTANCE from acts that lead to death, faith in God (BELIEVE), cleansing rites (BAPTISM) and laying on of hands (RECEIVE the HS).

I have come to realise many don’t like or despise his teaching
I sat under Pentecostal charismatic sermons for forty yrs only to find out after listening to David that most of what I was taught was either totally wrong or mixed with worldly ways
I believe that an era of Godly teaching has come to an end but praise God we still have the videos and dvds of David Derek prince aw toser and others
Funny thing I have been in a church so grounded in the word and has fed my spirit for 4yrs
And yet haven’t accepted me into membership because of my past
I have to be honest I don’t know what to do
I left a church where God placed an uneasiness in my Spirit,so I started to read my bible for myself and realised I couldn’t support my leadership any longer and being in ministry I had to step down
Now being in a church where they haven’t accepted me into the fellowship as a member I’m allowed to come to the meetings and in a men’s group but not able to use my gifting from God or be in ministry and yet the teaching g is very grounded and feeding me

I wish I could Glorify God as well. You are blessed because u knew what your calling was. I have no idea what Im supposed to do, what my gifts are. I wish i knew so I could use my gifts to glorify Him. I have this deep need to go door to door and share the gospel. But Im yet too newly saved to go alone. I still lose patience and get mad when ppl just can’t see the truth. Because I cant understand why anyone would turn Jesus down.
Just read your beautiful thoughts and your desire to know His plan for your life.
I think you already do. Your desire to go from door to door to evangelize is actually borne of the Holy Spirit. And the only qualification required is to be saved and NOT how long you've began to be saved.
Go out and share the testimony of your salvation journey.
Going from door to door is what I do in Canada.

Thank you very much for the videos, making them available to the youtube community, it is of great benefit to be able to listen to David. I have a question, or a comment, regarding one of the verses David mentioned, on Romans 13:11, forgive me if I am ignorant here, but is St. Paul perhaps suggesting (the first impression I sort of got from reading it) that our salvation is nearer now because Christ's return is nearer? I am not sure I am really challenging anything here than offering my observation. In my ESV 'For salvation is nearer to us now than when we first believed'. thank you
I would like to know what you think about being baptized in the name of Jesus, or being baptized in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Some people say that the real baptism is in the name of Jesus, as shown in Book of Acts.
But what about eg. THE THIEF ON THE CROSS??? Surely he was "SAVED" INSTANTLY wasn't he????? (and he wasn't baptised either).....(I'm not trying to refute Mr. Pawson, whom I admire and for whom I have the greatest respect! I just genuinely don't understand how this fits in with what he teaches)

I was saved (believed in the works of the Christ on the cross) in 1989 in France just before the Berlin wall was torn down!!! I thank God that His salvation plan is NOT difficult to understand, but very simple (unlike this person's teaching). Read your Bible everyone, read it and find salvation!

Salvation is a process, but I also believe that it can be instantaneous as well, case and point, the two thieves on the cross with Jesus. There was no way for him to work out his salvation, he believed and Jesus saved him and said he would be in eternity forever.
Yes, I seem to agree, because 🤔 if this is a process we are supposed to be going through, daily, until we die or when Jesus comes back (and no, I'm not talking about the RAPTURE, it is false doctrine) if I'm still busy with my journey and I suddenly die, which is quite possible, what then about the rest of the process which I never got to complete 🤔😮 ..... You're not understanding it. You should not bring up the guy on the cross next to Christ.
In order for him to have salvation, he had to have faith. That faith is what offered him salvation. Even though he wasn't able to do good deeds, he had faith and that faith he probably carried in him long before.

You can't talk about anybody's righteousness that is led by the holy Spirit. Remember those people in the Old testament it said that they walked upright that's right that's called righteousness. Thank you so much Mr. Pawson, I learned a lot from your teachings, but I have one question. The thief on the cross didn’t have enough time to go through those four steps of salvation, but he was saved by faith in Jesus Christ only. Would you please clarify this situation. Thanks.
He was a dying thief, it wasn't necessary for him to experience steps 3 and 4, whereas most of us are living thieves, who need to be baptized in water and the Spirit, in order to live the new covenant life.
The thief was under the old covenant as Jesus was still alive on the cross
Steve, i know you speak on behalf of Mr. Pawson. I believe I have listened/watched pretty much all of his videos/mp3s that are available. My life is changed because of his teachings and I will never, ever forget it. Even my atheist (we are getting there) husband loves him. He is a history buff so the gap is being bridged...

On the other hand, I know that he will be in glory and will meet Jesus way sooner than I will and for that I am very excited for him. Just think of the rewards in heaven that await him because of all he has done?
My children love listening to his teachings. My grandparents (theyve come back to Jesus after many years of backsliding) love listening to his teachings. The entire bible read through series, old and new testament, changed our lives and walk.
In these days of everything digital, I enjoy handwritten correspondence. I do understand everything is locked down, though. I will check out the sites you gave. Thank you!

The thief on the cross with Jesus, "today you will be with me in paradise". He processed instantly for salvation.
....actually in Samaria, in the account in Acts (chapter 8), ANOTHER STEP (apart from baptism) that ISN'T MENTIONED (APART from with reference to Simon the former magician), is that of REPENTANCE - I've looked through the whole chapter, and NOWHERE (apart from for Simon) does it say that the Samaritans REPENTED.....(just to be accurate!)
the three stages seem to follow the OSAS mindset....one is saved.....justified.....and the process of salvation, is being sanctified, and the culmenation of it is glorification....traditionally when one dies....

The story of Cornelius and his family show that you get saved without water baptism. This formula is defective. We should give people a chance to accept Jesus before the devil takes the word away. Churches of Christ have missed it big time.
I like David but disagree, if one isn't fully saved until they stop sinning, how does sanctification work? If we get saved, we are then on a path of sanctification. Not the other way, get sanctified and then saved. What if you eliminate sin from your life an 10 years down the road have prideful moment or lustful thought, does that mean you weren't saved that whole time? Important to remember we are saved by the blood of Christ, not saved by not sinning. Not sinning is a result of being saved and repentance. You are saved once your on the path or running the race as Paul put it. The path is over when you reach the end, that will be the day ALL sin is gone, that will be the day you die in tge flesh. It is a war between flesh and spirit. That war doesn't end until you die. Much love brothers and sisters Jesus Christ is King
HI This is Steve on behalf of David David teaches that Christ came - not to save us from Hell, although that is a benefit but he came specifically to save us from our sins - Matthew 1:21.
But this word 'saved' in this verse is a ''present continuous' tense something that does not translate easily into the English language , but more accurately translates - saved past, being saved present, and saved future......all in one sentence ''to save us from our sins'' past present and future.
Its a process where we can only say we are 'saved' - in the future when we make it into Heaven,
Past - HE saves us from the penalty of sin which is death....
Present - HE saves us from the temptation of sin - resist the Devil and he will flee
Future - He saves us for a time when there will be no more sin
Being saved starts with repentance but without repentance there is no forgiveness, and without forgiveness there is no salvation

How do you witness to someone who is dying and without much time?
Tell them the Good news :
- All have sinned and fallen short
- The consequence of Sin is death but There is good news
- God so loved the World that he gave his only begotten Son , that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life
- For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith-and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God, not by works, so that no one can boast.

Billy Graham is on record for stating that he didn't baptize people at his crusades because he was concerned that people would put the emphasis of their baptism on him rather than on Christ by making a big deal of the fact that "I was baptized by Billy Graham." He felt the act of baptism was a matter for that person's own church. Graham definitely did stress the importance of water baptism as an outward sign of true conversion. I think David Pawson is being a little disingenuous in assuming that Graham regarded baptism as a mere requisite for church membership.

You baptism must be a baptism of repentance, was yours? You must be baptized on your faith to the name of Jesus, identify with him in his death for the wishing away of sins.
Don’t expect to feel anything.
Then, AFTER baptism (it can be before) , you must receive the Holy Spirit. For this, you must pray to Jesus. Ask him for his Holy Spirit now. He will answer it with the evidence of speaking in tongues.

Lord Jesus says we ... MUST ... be born-again of water and Spirit as in John 3: v5
This command in the light of Lord Jesus' own water baptism followed by a second and separate Spiritual baptism.
So to be born-again of water and Spirit and to start a relationship with Lord Jesus we need four elements:
First:
Believe in the gospel. That is to say believe everything Lord Jesus said and did is truth.
Second:
Repent of all sin. Turn from sin and cry out to Lord Jesus if you ever need help turning away from sin. Also cry out to Lord Jesus for His merciful forgiveness and keep crying out with honesty and sincerity. Lord Jesus ... will ... respond ... guaranteed.
Third:
Be fully submerged in water-baptism by a man of God who says this exact phrase over you, "I baptize you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins." This phrase is in accordance with Acts 2: v38 ... which clarifies yet agrees with the phrase in Matthew 28: v19
(name of Father-Son-Spirit) = (?)
Answer = Jesus Christ
Lo and behold, that is the phrase found in Acts 2: v38
Fourth:
Lastly, Lord Jesus will send you His Holy Spirit as He sees fit once you've completed your parts of this new-covenant called being born-again of water and Spirit.
Congratulations, you'll be born-again of water and Spirit!

@@salmesangen Typical charismatic eisegesis - reading your own interpretation into scripture rather than drawing the intended meaning out. Paul, in Corinthians is absolutely clear that speaking in tongues is not "the" evidence of authentic regeneration. Indeed Paul assures us that not all believers speak in tongues anymore than all prophesy or heal. You'd do well to apply correct principles when trying to interpret scripture in context. According to God's word, the Holy Spirit alone bears witness that we are sons of God. In any case, tongues were known languages spoken by those who hadn't learned those languages. See Acts as evidence of this fact. So nether scripture or David Pawson believes your assertion that tongues is the definitive sign of authentic faith in Christ.

Are you mixing gospels? Law and Grace do not mix, they're TWO separate and distinct operating systems. They can't be mixed.
Adding any amount of LAW cancels out GRACE. Rom 11:6 KJV And if by grace, then is it no more of works: otherwise grace is no more grace. But if it be of works, then it is no more grace: otherwise work is no more work.
Rom 4:14 KJV For if they which are of the law be heirs, faith is made void, and the promise made of none effect:
Romans 6:14 KJV For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace.
Romans 10:4 KJV For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth.
Romans 7:6 KJV But now we are delivered from the law, that being dead wherein we were held; that we should serve in newness of spirit, and not in the oldness of the letter.
Eph 2:8-9 KJV For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.
No one is 'born again' today. Today, we're in the Dispensation of Grace. Paul is our Apostle. When we BELIEVE the Gospel of Grace:
1 Cor 15:1-4 KJV, we become a 'new creature'...2 Cor 5:17 KJV Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new."
We become a member of the Church, The Body of Christ.
Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John are all referring to Israel in this Scripture: John 3:7 KJV Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again. John 3:3 KJV Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God." ----This is not to us, The Body of Christ...this is meant for Israel in Time Past. Today, we’re in the Dispensation of Grace. Paul is our Apostle. God chose Paul (Saul of Tarsus) to be His ‘chosen vessel’ to share the Gospel of Grace: 1 Cor 15:1-4 KJV...It is the ONLY Gospel that saves anyone today.
In the following Scripture,the term 'born again' is meant for Israel in the Ages to Come: (when God's law/prophecy' program will be finished (after the Dispensation of Grace has ended)...
See Hebrews 8:13 KJV In that he saith, A new covenant, he hath made the first old. Now that which decayeth and waxeth old is ready to vanish away. and Heb 10:16 KJV This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them;
Today, in our present Dispensation of Grace, there is neither Jew nor Greek...Gal 3:28 KJV There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus."
Today, we're in the Dispensation of Grace. The ONLY way for anyone to be SAVED today, is by believing the Gospel of Grace: 1
Cor 15:1-4 KJV Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand;
2 By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.
3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;
4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:
BELIEVE this and you're SAVED (not born again) for eternity...and will spend eternity with Him in Heaven. Gentiles were strangers of the covenants and without God (Eph 2:12). Gentiles were not born into God’s covenants. Our salvation would not be a second time opportunity for us. It would be the first time salvation was offered directly to us without Israel.
Our salvation by grace is not consequent to a changed life, a Spirit unction, or a better way to obey God’s statutes.
Our salvation is not described as being born again into a second covenant, but being made alive into a new creature (Eph 2:15). This new creature, called the Body of Christ, is neither Jewish nor Gentile, and operates not under the law (Rom 6:14; Gal 3:28).
The new creature is the subject of the mystery of Christ and could not have been known by Nicodemus, the prophets, nor any of the apostles in John 3.
Herein is the Problem…
When people use “born again” language to describe their salvation today, it hides the preaching of the cross, which is unique to the formation of the new creature by God’s grace.
“Born again” language takes us back to before the cross in John 3 and replaces the gospel of Christ with Israel’s new covenant.
Born again language is a denial of the mystery of Christ revealed to the apostle Paul.
People who think they are born again must also think they are in some way Israel.
Conclusion
Being born again is something for Israel to partake. Since Israel is fallen, you couldn’t be born again if you wanted to.
What you can be is saved by God’s grace through faith in his finished work on the cross. At the moment you believe, the Holy Spirit seals you in Christ making you part of a new creature.
Trusting the cross of Christ is what will save you today. Trusting your experience, devotion, or changed life will not. Being saved is far better than being born again.

The Dr Told me by stop doing drugs my body is going to have to go through cold turkey and they can kill the baby but after saying that prayer give me my ❤️ to him I notice a week later I was drug-free a week later with no cold turkey side effects But When my baby was born he was a crack baby I asked the Lord to forgive the sins of my youth and don’t allow my son to pay for my mistakes and not to let my pass be his future to break every generational curses that I allow Satan to keep open after saying that prayer for my son slept all night all signs of him being a crack baby was gone he was set free how is my son you wonder he’s drug-free he’s 34 years old he graduated he’s A United States Marine ... surrender your life to the Lord what do you have to lose

1. The Creator does have a name YHWH...... with no vowels ........some believe is pronounced ''Yahweh''..... Jehovah is a mispronunciation but often used ....there is much debate over how it is pronounced ........because the name of God is considered sacred, YHWH is often translated as ''Lord'' in English translations ..God revealed his name to Moses in Ex 6:3

3. Many people were born on 25th December but not Jesus! - its roots are in a Pagan Winter. What is certain is that Jesus was not born in December but most likely during the Feast of Tabernacles - Sept/Oct....The sheep in Israel would not be on the hillside grazing in December .... it's too cold even in Israel

I believe in Mt 12:40 that if it says 3 days and 3 nights .... it must have been 3 days and 3 nights ...so this one does need some explaining ...... but there is a way you can get to 3 days and 3 nights ....but not commonly taught in churches today

I have a reason why I ask these question to enlighten certain misunderstanding on these topics. The answers received, determine my response.
The Name:
You have some correct info here, yes His Name is YHWH and Our Messiah said in:
Luk 11:52 “Woe to you learned in the Torah, because you took away the key of knowledge. You did not enter in yourselves, and those who were entering in you hindered.”
What do think this key of knowledge is? It is His Name! Those learned in the Torah are the ones who said in:
Act 4:18 And they called them and commanded them not to speak at all nor to teach in the Name of יהושע.
They took away the Name of our Messiah Yahusha.
Our Father also warned us in:
Jer 23:27 who try to make My people forget My Name by their dreams which everyone relates to his neighbour, as their fathers forgot My Name for Baʽal.
He said Man will change His Name for Ba’al. Ba’al is Hebrew for the English “Lord”.
By calling our Father or Messiah Lord, you call Him by the name of a pagan deity.
By doing this 3 commandments are broken.
Lets go the 3rd commandment first:
Exo 20:7 “You do not bring the Name of יהוה your Elohim to naught, for יהוה does not leave the one unpunished who brings His Name to naught.
Yahuah is saying that we are not to bring His Name to naught. The Hebrew for naught is to “shava”. Which means to bring to nothingness.
So by not using His Name you bring it to nothingness and by calling by a strange or other name you break the 1st two commandments.
What we do know is how to say the name of our Father Yahuah, we will also know the Name of His Son, because they are one.
Deu 6:4 “Hear, O Yisra’ĕl: יהוה our Elohim, יהוה is one!
Yahuah also speaks about our Redeemer:
Isa 47:4 Our Redeemer, יהוה of hosts is His Name, the Set-apart One of Yisra’ĕl.
So how do we know how to pronounce His Name? Yahusha gave us this hint.

Salvation is from the Yahudim. Yahusha is our salvation. The Yahudim is the tribe our Messiah was born in, His mother was a Yahudim.
The name of the tribe of Yahudah is spelt exactly the same as the Name of Yahuah except for the added letter “D”. This letter “D” means door.
And Yahusha says:
Joh 10:7 יהושע therefore said to them again, “Truly, truly, I say to you, I am the door of the sheep.
Joh 10:9 “I am the door. Whoever enters through Me, he shall be saved, and shall go in and shall go out and find pasture.
And the door/key of knowledge is in His Name.
So the Fathers Name is Yahuah and the Son’s Name is Yahuah.
What did our Messiah come to do on earth? “To Save”
So His Name is “Yahuah saves” which is in Hebrew Yahu-sha = Yahusha.
That is why it can’t be Yahoshua or Yahosha, because of the name of the tribe Yahudah.
The letter “J” did not exist more than 500 years ago. No Scriptural name will be with a “J”.
Jesus is definitely not the name of our Messiah.
Remember:
Act 4:12 “And there is no deliverance in anyone else, for there is no other Name under the heaven given among men by which we need to be saved.”
Sabbath:
No where in Scripture the Sabbath was changed to the 1st day. This was done by Emperor Constantine 1, under the penalty of death.
Yahusha said that in the last days we must pray that our flight will not be on the Sabbath or winter:
Mat 24:20 “And pray that your flight does not take place in winter or on the Sabbath.
Christmas:
You are right about the Birth of Yahusha. It is therefore essential not to celebrate this Christmas thing, we are warned about this in:
Jer 10:1 Hear the word which יהוה speaks to you, O house of Yisra’ĕl.
Jer 10:2 Thus said יהוה, “Do not learn the way of the gentiles, and do not be awed by the signs of the heavens, for the gentiles are awed by them.

3 Days and 3nights:
Yes you are right, if the Scriptures say 3 days and 3 nights it must be.
The truth is that the Sabbath, Scriptures are talking about, is not the Weekly Sabbath but the high Sabbath of Unleavened bread.
Yahusha was on the stake on preparation day before the High Sabbath of unleavened bread.
Remember the Jewish days are from sundown to sundown.
Preparation day was from Tue night to Wed night and our Messiah was buried just before sundown Wed.
Mar 15:42 And when evening had come, because it was the Preparation Day, that is, the day before the Sabbath,
Mar 15:43 Yosĕph of Ramathayim, a prominent council member, who was himself waiting for the reign of Elohim, came, boldly went in to Pilate and asked for the body of יהושע.
Scripture says 3 days and 3 nights, not parts of day or parts of night:

Three days and three nights
Wed night - night one. Thu day - day one.

Our Messiah Yahusha said to the Pharisees:
Luk 11:52 “Woe to you learned in the Torah, because you took away the key of knowledge. You did not enter in yourselves, and those who were entering in you hindered.”
What did they take away?
Act 4:18 And they called them and commanded them not to speak at all nor to teach in the Name of יהושע.
They took away His Name, which is the key of knowledge.
That is why Yahusha said the following, man would not receive Him who came in His Father's Name!
Joh 5:43 “I have come in My Father’s Name and you do not receive Me, if another comes in his own name, him you would receive.
But would receive the one coming in his own name, our Messiah is the Hebrew Messiah, not the Greek one from the church:
Our Father Yahuah warned us that man would take away His Name too! And change it to "Lord"
Jer 23:27 who try to make My people forget My Name by their dreams which everyone relates to his neighbour, as their fathers forgot My Name for Baʽal.
Hebrew for "Lord" is "Ba'al". Here is the dictionary meaning for it:
Baal. So when you call to the "Lord" or Jesus, you call to pagan gods. Our Father is clear that we are not allowed to even mention the name of other mighty ones:
Exo 23:13 “And in all that I have said to you take heed. And make no mention of the name of other mighty ones, let it not be heard from your mouth.
SO why is the church not obeying the Word? Because of a lack of knowledge, the direct result of disobeying His Word. This is the outcome:
Hos 4:6 “My people have perished for lack of knowledge. Because you have rejected knowledge, I reject you from being priest for Me. Since you have forgotten the Torah of your Elohim, I also forget your children.
This teaching reminds of a good ole plate of food that has something on it nasty. So I scrape it off. This is just an analogy.
I say that to say this. I like listening to Mr. Pawson. Some of his teachings are awesome and as long as they line up with scripture-I’m tuned in 100%. I have 2 of his written works and I love his work ‘Practicing the Principles of Prayer’.
I’m not ignorant of the Most High GOD’s Holy Word so I don’t just scrape off what I don’t like even if it’s biblical. So this-is not that.
One thing that I notice (and this the majority of his lectures) that he talks but does not direct and/or back up his ‘teaching’ with scripture. That’s problematic for me but in a world full of so-called Pastor’s who prefer the ‘Art of Preaching’ over teaching-Mr. Pawson can come off as a breath of fresh air.
But it leaves the weak to just depend on his interpretation of scripture.
If you don’t read you will not know that this...THIS...is seriously BAD theology. This is so erroneous and dangerous, it’s unbelievable.
I had to snatch my headsets out because I couldn’t believe what I was hearing.
Shall we continue in sin...absolutely not! We are not to ‘practice’ sin because in doing so then absolutely-you are NOT saved. There is no conviction. However in this ugly flesh IF we do, we have have an advocate when that conviction unto repentance...comes.
1John 1-2.
Romans 5:8-11 explains what that beautiful advocate did for those that believe in the Faith OF Jesus Christ. ‘OF’ is the 🔑 here and an important one at that.
His FAITH...not ours. Our faith is Peters when he tried to rebuke and reject the Lords for-telling of His impending death.
No-our faith i.e Faith IN Christ...there would be no shedding of the ONLY thing, the only ATONEMENT, The ONLY BLOOD that was needed to keep us from HIS Wrath...The Precious Blood of Jesus Christ.
It’s why Romans says:
“But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were YET sinners, Christ died for us. MUCH more then, being now JUSTIFIED by his blood, we SHALL be SAVED from wrath through him. FOR if, when we were enemies, we were RECONCILED to God BY the death of his Son, MUCH more, being RECONCILED, WE SHALL be SAVED BY his life. And not only so, but we also JOY in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, BY WHOM we have NOW RECEIVED the atonement.
Apostle Paul himself tells us he struggled with those things he knew NOT to do but did vs. what he knew to do...but failed to do. We do not know what those things were but it is apparent it was...sin of any sort.
Romans 7. Make no mistake-Paul...our Paul was saved because he was JUSTIFIED by his belief in the Faith OF Christ.
Thinking about 1 John writings on sin? Well, consider a few things. Scripture is not unbalanced. It interprets itself therefore there is NO contradictions. I believe it would be taking scripture out of context to brace Mr. Pawson ‘speech’ upon 1John especially since Romans was also written before 1John was penned.
Also we again wouldn’t ever need our ‘Precious Advocate’ if 1 John was that cut and dry.
We are saved by Christ Blood as sinners nothing we could ever do.
Even on our 100% best day, we would never be justified in the presence and against a Holy, Holy Holy GOD.
And to infer that one day you will-be in this flesh??!!...I would tell you with ABSOLUTE 100% CERTAINTY-your god is not the HOLY GOD of the Bible that I read.
If your ready for that god without leaning on the Blood of Christ-your ready for the satan.
And you best believe-he waiting on you.
David Almaroth. For one thing the Holy Spirit never introduces Himself as the Holy Spirit. That would be suspicious for a start . I worked in deliverance ministry and i have the gift if discernment of spirits .K
As David Pawson (and scripture) has often taught, leadership and ministry is male not female. Incidentally, do you have biblical reference for your claim that the Holy Spirit never introduces himself, or is this just anecdotal "evidence"?
Once you talked about nazis, who repented just before to be executed after Nuremberg, and you said about them they were saved, just repenting and believing in Christ before to die. After have done all these crimes and abominations, they didn't have time to sanctify themselves and to be useful to God, but you said they were saved. Isn't it weird according what you teach here about salvation only after being sanctified?
These hypothetical and made-up scenarios are so ridiculous. God will see through these mind tricks. He will know. Just work out your salvation, or face him one day and try to explain yourself!
