- In this video I will be showing you my apartment hunting journey in Tampa Florida. We booked apartment tours online, took a flight and visited 5 different apartment complexes in the Tampa area. Come with me along my journey to picking the best place for my new home.
For those considering Tampa, I say run for the hills! You will get nickel’d and dime’d and it’s crowded AF.😮

I didn’t disclose the names due to my personal safety but some of the ones I didn’t go with were called Cortland Westshore, Navara, Azora at Cyprus Ranch, look In the tampa/river view area hope that helps!
It's really not helpful to make videos then honestly because that's the MOST important thing. Alot of importer videos do show the names which means so much. If it's luxury and no one knows your unit it should be secure and private property. @@theroadtowealth9183

I am planning to go see this apartment in few weeks (#3) i read some bad reviews about management change, thin walls etc and also rent is a lot higher online while it should be lower due to housimg market. Do you still recommend it and do you know any other apartments that come with sauna in Tampa?

Yup, another reason I never do first floor is the possibility of flooding during a hurricane. Might not be your building but your personal belongings can get destroyed and flooding is a risk in all coastal Florida with the rainfall and storm surge.

@@sev7n102 Only thing ignorant is yourself pretending to be knowledgeable about a subject you know nothing about. Anyone who has built wealth knows renting is throwing your money away. If you can’t afford to buy right now you should be looking at places at or below $1,000, Instead of looking at $2,000 plus apartments and build your savings so you can buy

1. You don't know their monthly income.
2. The channel name says 'Road to wealth' implying that this is apart of their journey. Being 'wealthy' is a mindset first and foremost.
3. You're unaware of their marketable skills that they exchange for income.
4. You're also unaware of their investment holdings (asset allocation by %) and what those investments are yielding them on a monthly/quarterly basis.
5. Lastly, you don't know how much exposure they have to REIT's or other services that allow you to invest in mortgages. The key is to make your capital work for you and creating leverage through specialization.
**Maybe $2,000 a month is alot to YOU. Maybe you haven't established yourself to the point where peeling out $2k a month on rent is something you're comfortable doing yet. That's completely fine. But don't spread hate and be unwilling to share meaningful advice in a manner where the recipient will be willing to adhere to what you might have to say.

Exactly ! Tampa has been the epicenter of Florida for decades. I was born and raised here and we have Always had great restaurants, entertainment, beautiful housing options , Sports, beautiful beaches nearby, Theme Parks , etc. Some people tend to write their own narrative's, leaving out facsts.
