Mushroom and onion quiche with cheese - dough with oil 🥧🍄

    The recipe today is in honor of Shavuot but it is not just! Stunning mushroom cheese and onion quiche that will star on a Shavuot table or on a dairy meal table. It is so delicious and easy to make that anyone can make and guests will love it!
    Full recipe: Round pan 26 or 24 cm
    ⭐ For dough (it is not necessary to prepare the pie with dough, you can skip straight to the filling):
    1.5 cups white flour or any other healthy flour.
    1/3 - One third cup of olive oil (do not replace with other oil)
    Half a teaspoon of salt
    Between a quarter cup and half a cup of water (put 2 tablespoons of water at first and add if the dough is not yet soft - do not put all the water straight)
    ⭐ For filling cheeses and mushrooms:
    For mushrooms in a pan:
    1 large onion cut into cubes
    6 or more fresh mushrooms or 1 can of chopped mushrooms
    Salt and pepper
    1 heaping teaspoon mushroom soup powder + 2 tablespoons boiling water mixed in a glass. (Optional but adds a lot!)
    For cheese stuffing:
    1 cup sour cream 9% or 15%
    A small cube of Bulgarian cheese
    1 cup Cottage cheese 5% or 9% (250 g)
    2 grated slices of yellow cheese
    2 eggs L / XL
    Half a teaspoon of salt
    Some black pepper
    A quarter teaspoon of garlic spice
    2 stems of thyme - only their leaves
    2 tablespoons white flour.
    Above the pie before preparing for the oven:
    One or more slices of yellow cheese or mozzarella
    2 stems of thyme - only their leaves
    ⭐How to prepare:
    1. Mix the dough ingredients together in a medium bowl. At first mix everything with a spoon and then move to knead by hand until a pleasant texture of dough and does not crumble.
    2. Remove the dough from the bowl and place on the counter. Flour the marble so that the dough does not stick and start rolling it out with a rolling pin until it becomes a thin thickness (2 mm) and is large enough as possible.
    3. Transfer this dough to a 26 or 24 diameter round pan lined with baking paper and place the dough on top.
    4. Clamp the dough to the sides of the mold and if there is a hole in any area fill with dough that is too much in another corner.
    5. Perforate the dough with a fork so that it does not rise during baking.
    6. Place the dough in the oven at 170 degrees turbo mode or normal mode for 13 to 15 minutes. The dough should still come out whitish and not golden or baked.
    7. Filling our mushroom cheeses: Start preparing the mushroom filling: Fry the chopped dough until golden with a few tablespoons of oil and high heat. When the dough is golden, add 6 fresh mushrooms cut into cubes. Stir for 2 minutes, season with a little salt and pepper. Mix the mushroom soup powder and water well in a glass and add to the pan and mix for another 2 minutes and turn off the gas.
    Switch to cheeses: Put in a bowl all the ingredients of the recipe that appears at the top of the cheeses. Add the mushroom mixture and mix everything well.
    8. When the dough comes out of the baking, pour the cheese mixture over it. Sprinkle the ingredients on top of the pie.
    9. Place the pie in the oven at 170 degrees turbo mode or normal for about an hour. Bake until the pie is very golden and golden from the top with no more like this and keep baking!
