Can you hear me crying in the background? Because I read this story on Christmas (merry Christmas to me) and I haven't stopped since. The author really puts the bitter in bittersweet. But seriously guys, please go read it, it's a freaking masterpiece. It's one of those really special stories that will not leave your mind for a very long time and I seriously cannot express how much it touched me (hence I had to make a video to get it out of my system). I've never been into polyamory relationships (apart from the occasional threesome smut), just because I had yet to find a fic that wouldn't make the relationship too far-fetched and unrealistic. And here it is. And man, does it work. I don't know whether it's the element of apocalypse, which puts a lot of things in a different perspective, or the author's ability to understand the nature of these relationships, and very likely both, but does it freaking WORK. So if you have any reservations towards polyamory (or this particular trio being involved together), happily throw them out of the window and follow the white rabbit.
As for the video - I was planning on editing this story as a trailer, like I usually do, but since the story is about 90% character development and 10% plot, I figured I could do something like a tribute/short movie/artistic summary(?) - whatever this is. I really hope the video doesn't suck and everything is understandable. You guys know how one has to hassle when there is only so much footage you can use. Btw. I know it might seem like I spoilt a huge chunk of the story including the ending, but I thought long and hard about it and I really think that a lot of it can be assumed just after reading a couple first paragraphs and the tags, and really the most important part and the reason why you should read this story is the whole journey from point A to point B. I fucking applaud the author, because the fic could have gone really bad very easily, but it had everything to make you fall in love and then tear your heart out. It might have been the Christmas melancholy or the fact that I related to Yoongi's character a lot, but I swear to god, by chapter 2 I was tearing up and by the end I was full on sobbing. This doesn't usually happen to me, so it really says samething. Just the theme alone, fucking hell. I have no idea how the author got through it, having to write close to 80k words I think. In short, my heart hurts, my head hurts, so please go read and leave some love to the author. And since I'll probably not have much chance to speak with you in the next few days, happy new years, guys! Take care ;).
P.S. I really hope I didn't make any grammar mistakes, again sorry for my English if you see any. Oh, the constant struggle of a non-native speaker. I'm still waiting for the day when I edit a video and I am sure that every line I wrote is the precise meaning I wanted to convey. Where is Santa when you need him, srsly.

As for #BTSoutcast - I can't even count the number of people who requested I do a trailer for it :D. I really like the concept and the medium! And yeah I admit I already started thinking about how I'd edit it ;)). But unfortunately, I'm really busy at the moment and there is no way for me to make a trailer by Monday when the full story is released. BUT if you'd like I could do something like a "concept trailer" placed in the same universe. I could start working on it next weekend probably. Anyone fancy the idea? :)
Definitely! I'd be so exited for it and I think it's a great idea! A concept might be more interesting then the actual events in AU (since is through phone messages and not much can be said about it). Take your time there's no need to rush either

i’ve honestly never cried over a fic before but this one was just pure art and the way it ended was so sad but also satisfying, and it made me have a different outlook on my life for a couple weeks.

So I have read this fanfic a while ago. I'm talking two to three years. But I always catch myself coming back to this trailer, read it again, fall in love with it more and more and slowly but surely believing, that a story can change the way i want to continue my life. I have recommended this fic to many people, made them watch the trailer, but nobody read it because it was a fanfic. This is just stupid. The fanfic is a piece of art, just as much as this trailer is. And here I wanna thank you for editing this trailer, making my skin tingle and motivate me to read the fanfic. The way you edit is phenomenal. Every shot motivates the next, each shot indicates a scene from the story and the more i watch it the more details i spot. With little to no explaining of what is shown in the shots the watcher is able to understand the story. This is the way you edit, this is the way how you create a story. Show, don't tell! The way you made yoongi describe the happenings is the best choice you could have made. Everything flows, the music is perfect, every subtle background noise, the laughing of the members, just uff!! It's so goddamn good!! I don't wanna make this comment any longer. My point is: Thank you so much for creating this masterpiece. It led me to the fic, it made me rethink a lot of stuff, and I find myself coming back to it again and again. Thank you for that.
Your videos based on actual stories always make me want yo jump to read them. I feel you on the part about having such little footage available when you have so many idea in mind about how you want the video to look. i've read this fanfic long time ago but i still remember it pretty clearly. this video made me feel things all over again. wonderfuly made, sfx used so well i was having truble holding myself composed and calm. really, the story was so good, let me down a bit when it came to three people relationship which is not something im fond of, but still it had that feeling of lonelinnes, raw love and awareness. i loved it.

I swear this book made me cry from the start to the end. The ending was known from the beginning, never knew an ending could be soo sweet and also soo bitter… it so so so so and soo sad🥺. I love how the editor gave us every small detail. Hats off to the editor and the writer. I just can’t believe how the writer actually kept writing it. Its really a masterpiece.
