My home is rigged with the best in cctv.
Have you seen south Africa's crime rate, it is one of the worst in the world.... Rwanda is very unique. Namibia, botswana and most of Arab north Africa are clean with very low crime rates. As you know Muslim Arabs have no tolerance for crime.
But I do agree with you about world war 1 and 2.. These were essentially European wais vouched as world war. Africans were not there when they started. Of course there is, Rwanda cannot have anyone other than Kagame as their leader, even if they want a change, and Rwanda's best face to the World still hides a very dark recent past that can't be easily forgotten, but to be honest, other African countries have to deal with similar or worse and very corrupt police and officials to boot, and dirty cities, so Rwanda has it better than its neighbours.
The low corruption in Rwanda is *very* refreshing and rare in E Africa.
