This is one of your best campground reviews. I really like that you took the time to walk through and focus on individual campsites. Gives you a good idea on what each campsite is like before you go and reserve a site. Also got a great idea of what the campground in general was like. Really well done. Personally, I wasn't able to camping this past week because the weather has just been horrible here in Georgia. But, rain or shine, I'll be out there next week. Because a bad day camping still be a good day home working around the house.
Thanks ! We made reservations without knowing what the site were like, and by pure luck one site was totally un usable, but the other site was a unmarked double, so we shared. Just luck, so I tried to detail all the sites and what they could handle !

Look forward to your weekly video. Want to spend more time traveling in the Tenn./NC area. Stayed to the end, just taking a stab at the bird...really don't know but wondering if the lady's voice at the end mentioning a swallow was the clue?
There were so many and they were flying around eat the bugs, but we finally figured out they were Kingbirds. I zoom camera never lies...LOL

Ya. They had a crummy site and I had a crummy neighbors so we bunched up and gave my neighbors the other site.
Your move to NC from NY was pretty fortunate for us - you've covered a lot of territory over the last several years since the move. You've put together a wealth of information for folks like me traveling in the area.

Ya, I thought of that, Wonder how they keep them away. There are Geese down here, but the "Southerners" are know to shoot whatever causes trouble... soo maybe...!!..
