Yes, just need to enable fsr native Anti aliasing. This may not be possible in some older titles running using the mod. Dlss tweaks should get the job done in that case.

Make sure vrr / freesync is enabled. Access freesync setting from monitor's OSD

Yes but some games require some extra mods to get working like dogma 2 , dlss enabler includes these mods.
