thank you for watching, and keeping this place on the internet a safe place. xoxo
You guys are the cutest! You bring a whole new meaning to relationship goals ❤
As a child of divorce, where the dynamic between my two households was just awfull and my mother's and the partner of my father's relationship was so toxic, it heels something in me to see you two beeing so open minded and making everything so clear with who is who and what is what in Arrows life, that is such a great start for your daughter in that family setting. My 4 year old just wants to say thank you❤
❤❤❤
I second this!!!
Arrow is a lucky girl to have a mum and a nana that are so mature and willing to put in the work to make a calm and loving family environment for her.
My parents have been divorced for almost 29 years and they still can't be in the same room together. Arrow is so lucky to have such mature parents and parental figures in her life. Your dynamic is how it should be!
As a young step mom I know how hard this whole transition was for Dev, the pressure of entering the family and staying, feeling like an outsider. Kuddos to her but I also commend Brittany for being so open and honest with Dev right from the start
I really enjoyed this, shows how mature adults can get along and actually like hanging out with each other.
I think it’s great to respect your ex’s and your child’s feelings, but there’s also respecting your own feelings. I’m sure it took a lot of work to get here and I commend you. It’s uncomfortable and probably painful at times, let’s be honest, especially when one has moved on and the other hasn’t. I know this from experience also.
I kind of sensed a little awkwardness at times in this video too… maybe it’s just me. That probably never completely goes away.
Ultimately though, what I see is how much you love your daughter and how willing you are to put her above everything. It’s beautiful. But it’s ok to still have your own feelings too, even when they’re uncomfortable or don’t fit with the ideal scenario.
For all those wishing their separated parents had done differently - it’s hard and yes, this looks great, but I’m sure it ain’t at all easy and not everyone has it in them/done that growth journey to be like this. Sending love, you definitely inspire a lot of us with all that you share so, for this too, thank you :)
It’s like the black cat and golden retriever
I mean I see it
Both are necessary ❤
that’s so awesome that y’all get along! it still makes me so sad that he left you with a very young baby, i wouldn’t ever want to date a man who left his wife like that. but i hope he’s become a better person and father!
It is sad but clearly things weren't working and it's not like he fell off the side of the planet, right? I believe he still helped in a co-parenting way. I guess I just don't understand at what age would it be deemed appropriate for him to leave? Because however longer you wanted him to stay is that much longer of living in a toxic relationship that isn't healthy for a child of any age to be around.
Yasss literally love this so much!! Literally how every coparenting situations should be. As a mother of a toddler, thier happiness is above everything and no matter what! Happy parents and relationships will always be a positive in a child’s life
This shows how mature and respectful everyone is in your situation, and that’s so refreshing to see. Dev seems like such a sweet and honest person. Really enjoyed this video :)
I love you both together! Communication and maturity is so refreshing!
Wow it is so cool to see you both in communication so openly. As someone who grew up with parents who were divorced and did not have this kind of relationship it is so healing!
I love this so much❤
I know this can feel impossible for some of us who have very toxic partners but its amazing to see ppl actually coming together for the better of the child and putting the child before personal feelings.
I have a 17 and 19 year old stepson and stepdaughter and it definitely takes two willing participants for that relationship to form or even function. Y’all are doing amazing! I’ll continue to pray that one day my husband, my step kids and their Mom can have productive communication for THEM.
I LOVE THIS! Thanks for coming to Brittany’s channel Dev. You both are gorgeous girls & Arrow is so incredibly lucky to have both of you to look up to.
This is exactly the type of relationship I envisioned w my bfs bm but she chose to make my life hell for 3+ years… you did a great job Brit❤️ Bm’s set the tone
Same. I was so naive to think that she would want to be friendly and civil.
One of my favorite videos ever! So good. Amazing you’ve built such a supportive and loving co parent environment 💜
You’re amazing! As a stepmom and also having a ours baby with my now husband I so appreciate you setting aside your feelings for the betterment of your child. I sadly didn’t have the same experience with my husband’s ex and unfortunately there has been a ton of estrangement and imo alienation. This video gives me hope as to how things could and should be. ❤
This video was so encouraging and heartfelt and the communication and relationship you two have is unique and difficult at times but you guys make it look beautiful. Thank you for sharing! Beyond happy for you all and most of all Arrow. She is so lucky! ❤ and yes please a follow up video. The world needs this dynamic as an example for these kind of family situations. You should both be proud for putting in the work to get where you are as friends today 🎉
Loved this chat! You’re such an awesome example to so many and I’m seriously in awe of how well you have handled everything. Arrow is a lucky girl ❤
Wooooooo!!! Amazing and so wonderful to see it all working out. I’m sure it was a journey to get here, Brittany you get a standing ovation 👏 hats off to you all. You’re wonderful mom. Arrow is very blessed to have you. 🙏🏻🥰💎💖🌹
Love this sooo much! What a great dynamic, Arrow is lucky to have so much love in her life, there’s no such thing as too much love. I know this was healing for so many! Much love to you gorgeous girls! 🫶
LOVE THIS! So refreshing to see a literal village raising & loving a dear child.
It’s so healing to my inner child to see you two get along so well because as a child, I didn’t get to see my mom and step mom get along. The tension was felt all the time and I’m so happy for Arrow getting this positive loving experience ❤️❤️❤️
I’m really glad that you guys get along really well. It’s perfect for your daughter. 🫶🏼🫶🏼👏🏼👏🏼👍
I’m a step mom, met my little when she was about to turn 4 she’s almost 9 now. I’m friends with her mom but not on this level there’s still a boundary between us. Being a step mom is extremely challenging at times but also very rewarding. I love my step daughter and I know she loves me too.
This was an amazing idea and well executed. As a bonus mom myself, this is wonderful
Would love to see more of this! It’s nice seeing this is possible for some of us.
Cool video, very sweet that Arrow is growing up in an environment where she sees a beautiful example in front of her :) I feel like not many people could do this and so nice to see she is surrounded with so much love and care.
I have so much respect for you guys! How you both handle all this! ❤ Arrow is lucky to have parents like you, every parent should be like this and not making war out of everything.
I really love seeing the 4 of you together 🥰
I’m in an similar situation and I love this!! I would love to hear Cody’s answers and perspective! 💕 thanks for sharing!
Love love LOVE that you two have a good relationship. This is awesome and so beneficial for your child as well as YOUR mental sanity. Good on you both as well as Kody
This is amazing. I’m a stepmom too for 5 years now and have not met the moms. I don’t care to since they live in different states and made it uncomfortable for me to even want a relationship with them by how much they judged me before even knowing me. Being a step mom is not easy and it’s tough in the beginning to know what your roles while also feeling like an outsider.
This is beautiful, thanks for sharing ladies!! More parents need to take co-parenting on like this!! So healthy ❤
Aw I love her. Let’s keep her. You guys are only gonna get closer.
it takes a lot for all 3 of you to make this work, you are strong people ❣
This was an amazing video. Way to go, both of you. ❤
As a stepmom, I really love that you guys made this video ❤
I ran 🏃♀️! Thanks for the content, Brit!!
I love the vibes and the respect of each other in this video ❤
You seem like such a lovely , sweet person Brit. Someone I would love to have as a friend 🩷
I love this. My sons father and I are like this and I’ve been in a relationship for 7 years and now have 2 more kids and we all get along well and even celebrate holidays together!
I’m new to your channel. I just wanted to say you’re such a G for doing this. Thank you for sharing there’s so many of us desperate to relate to someone honest about daily life.
You guys are awesome! ♥️👏🏼 Thanks for such important content! Would love to be the third of this squad 🙃
This is such a nice dynamic in todays culture. I know it probably not perfect by any means but just the open communication is so lovely and Arrow can take so much from it.
I know personally as a child from divorce at 13, this is not my families dynamic. As I’ve had my own children and kind of just processed the situation I can see my son now having to deal
With the divorce 15 years later. It’s very hard, when it doesn’t have to be. No one has to be friends, just civil human beings being able to have heart for another persons reality I guess.
Arrows so lucky to have this dynamic and watch you guys grow. ❤
Awe my nephew used to call all his close people to him that weren’t his parents na-na. It’s so heartwarming to hear it!
Such a good video! Thank you guys for setting such an amazing example
This put a smile on my face ☺️ so happy for your relationship; you two seem to genuinely enjoy being around each other 👏🏻🖤
I was about to sleep but this showed up, love the vibe of Nana and you as always ❤
Dev and I dated while she was in Atlanta for a short time, she was always a super in tune and great spirit. You are all super lucky to have each other 😊
Omg you both look about the same age! I don’t know how you have the heart to have such great realationship. This is so hard for many people.
Arrow is so lucky! This is healing for me
You and your ex husband are so mature! I’m so impressed at you guys’ ability to still have a close relationship that your daughter will appreciate one day. Many ppl can not speak to their ex’s partner like this. God bless both you and him!
My husband and I aren't kids of divorce but his daughters mom is. We have a wonderful dynamic. She's 13 and calls me mom. Her mom loves it, she calls her stepdad, dad. My husbands fine with it. Its beautiful to see this dynamic
The bonus mama is so cool. Lol. It’s great you are welcoming and just get on.
You guys are so inspiring🫶 and so freakin pretty!!! Great video💎
I honestly admire you so much. You have decoded life haha ❤
It is a bonus for the children and everyone involved to be civil
You both are freaking amazing!!!❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥 This is such a BEAUTIFUL video!!!❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥
This is so healthy!! Loved this video
She seems so nice ! Glad you guys have this dynamic
Thank you for this video! I’m so scared to start dating and so is my child’s father
I wish i could have this in my coparenting situation it would make life so much easier
I hope your coparenting team can get there ❤ wishing you the best!
I haven't seen your content in forever what the heck! Love this 😅
This was so wholesome. 😊
Love love love this!💜🩷
I love AshLevi tooo, she has very similar style to yours Brittany. Different, grunge, colourful, i like her vibe🎉
Brittany you are such a sweet soul💖
Dev and I have the same birthday! Down to the year :) I loved this video. I feel this will help a lot of people in similar situations with co parenting. Loved loved loved. I've watched Brittany for years back to her shared apartment with friends to our daily riot. I love her and I love her happy ❤️
Same here! Sagicorn cusp babys 😍
You guys don’t look like each other at all. Both beautiful but entirely different. Glad you can get along for the baby. Kudos to you both. I wouldn’t want a relationship with my ex-husbands girlfriend but it’s nice to see it work out for you.
I really like the effort of being friends because is the best for everyone... we are taught to have toxic behaviors and hate each other after divorce and that ends being very harmful for the child.
I loved this it gave me some hope thank you!
They seem a lot alike and connect with each other 💕
Loved the video!!!
When she said “I love doing her hair” I said “again half Mexican”🤣 🤣 I am Mexican and am obsessed with my daughters hair 🤣
Thank you for sharing this. Can help other families
This is so beautiful!!❤
She is nice! I love that she loves animals and doing your daughter's hair! Hahah so cute
Definitely do a follow up! 💓
Respect to all 3 of you. ❤
Brittany you are a great mom!
I'm tearing up watching this because Arrow is such a lucky child.
Honestly I could NEVER lol so good job babe ❤
It’s so hard to believe Brittany is 32, I’ve been watching her for SO long. Sometimes I forget lmao
This is so refreshing to see! My hubby has a 9 years old from previous marriage. We have a 5 month old together. I tried to send a message to the mom online and she blocked me 🥴 still do not talk to me. It’s so dumb.
This video was so fun!
Love this!!!
I love this!!
Lovvvveee this!!! ❤
You two are awesome. Props to you ❤
Good for you guys doing whats best for arrow ❤
💕loved this so great for your daughter my parents also co parented after divorce and are best friends my dads girlfriend raised me also my 2 mom it only made my life fuller and I’m super grateful as adult to have so much love and thank my parents now seeing my friends with divorces and how some divorces get ugly and it only hurts the kids
This was awesome!!!!
Yeah we want his perspective too....follow up please
i love this so much
I wish my parents were as mature as you Brittany, amazing job on co-parenting. My parents arw divorced and can't be in the same room and they always talk trash (same old stories and narratives) about each other to me and everyone in my life. It is so embaressing introducing either one of them to anyone I know.
Happy Memorial Day to all! 🎉
It's giving Vee and Kail from Baby Mommas No Drama/ Teen Mom!
Great video ❤
