I think the routine/day in the life style videos are nice because they offer a window into other peoples ways of life and let us all know that what we’re dealing with isn’t unique. I have a 16 month old so I am in the thick of it too and I find these videos super comforting.
Your videos are so relatable. Even the tiny moments when Arrow is just being a typical toddler by not wanting the beanie on is so refreshing to see. I love real vlogs by moms. You really show a realistic day in the life .

Love this video. Goes to show all babies are different. While my daughter is a couple months younger than Arrow. She says at least 30 words by now. However when i saw how independent Arrow is i was amazed. I still have to rock my daughter to sleep and hold her for naps/ she has to sleep in my bed at night. Trust me i tried keeping her in her crib for that first year and lost sooooo much sleep. She would literally wake up 10 to 20 plus times a night. I finally just embraced her clingyness a couple months ago and get alot more sleep now! I know she will eventually grow out of it and then one day when she is miss.Independent it will hit me that i want my little baby back.
Aaah yes! My girl is 16 months old, the video was like watching me and my baby, but same as you, she just sleeps if I’m next to her (she still breastfeeds). And she says a few words in Spanish and German (she’s being raised bilingual 😵💫)

About the noise when she naps, it really effect from the very beginning, a lot of parents disagree with me but I would do it to all my other babies I used to let her nap in noise and when it’s night sleep it’s quiet And guess what! She’s 22 months and sleeps over fire alarm, music, sun, tv Literally everything !
Love watching what you feed her! We are trying those waffles! Never thought of putting honey on her yogurt. I'm struggling to teach her how to use silverware and she still needs to sorta be rocked to sleep. My daughter is a year and 2 months. 😊
My 18 month is still being held to sleep. If I just put him in his he just cries and screams. It’s been what works for us since he was a little baby and I’ll probably end up doing it until he doesn’t want it anymore 🥴 It’s habit and I enjoy the cuddles lol

Thank for this video my baby girl is 16 months and I have been trying to get her to keep a schedule and it’s been difficult as she has been taking a nap whenever she wants I do make her a good meal and give her a shower so she can be relaxed but sometimes it take 2-3 hrs❤❤ for her to get her nap time. I was so surprised how Arrow she just went straight to her bed it shows how well you take care of her and have her routine.
Loved this vlog, it comforted me a lot because my days with my daughter look a lot like that ( minus the car and Starbucks 😂) I loved how she was staring at the vacuum cleaner it was so funny 😂💕

Haha it just become our routine when I weaned off the paci for awake time! When she wakes up - I always go straight to the fridge and offer a pouch and she will freely hand over the paci for the exchange! If I leave it out anywhere else she will want it.

It’s almost toxic to watch other UA-camrs ditl’s with toddlers as they only show an unrealistic day and none of the real moments. Also I wish I could find some fun classes like you take arrow to! You’re such a great mom!! Thanks for this video!
I think every kid is different. Mine also goes herself and I think Brittany sleep trained Arrow like she said. We also did that a bit, but with some kids it doesnt work like that. I was a baby like that that needed her mother and suddenly it was over like that.
@@Moxi44 I tried to sleep train my baby for a while. It sort of worked, at first… but some days, no matter what I do or don’t do, he won’t let himself get enough sleep it seems. I don’t know. I guess some babies are just much better sleepers than others.
Hey Britt I have a question on speech therapy because my son is around arrows age and he doesn’t say anything really so I just want to know if speech therapy is working out for you and arrow so far
How was the transition from "closed" crib to the open one? My baby is the same age but refuses to sleep, I mean she always cries and try to go out of the crib before falling sleep, not matter how much we wait she wont ask to sleep (soooometimes, like once in 2 weeks she may ask, but it's not the norm)

That’s totally normal! I think eating at the same time as arrow helped prompt her to want to use silverware :)

Toddler life, I think my Daughter is the exact same when she sees chocolate, everything else seizes to exist.
She knows all chocolate, even if she’s never seen that kind before - I think it’s the foil wrapping lol 😅

Have you tried using a sound machine? The Hatch is great, and you can raise the volume from your phone if you feel like you’re getting too loud!
