I really needed this video today. I've been battling cancer for 5 1/2 years and am caring for my mom with Dementia. Financially, this have gotten really rough lately, so I needed the reminder to never give up.

Wow !.. im so sorry to hear you're struggling as well 😔.. I had to comment bc I'm currently fulltime/ live-in caregiver for my disabled aunt whom has had too many brain tumors removed over the years and left her with severe seizure disorder, she's basically got the 50 first dates type memory issues are in 10 min spans and day to day is incredibly difficult !..
I simply couldn't possibly imagine having to also fight my own health issues along side this.
I can't explain how much I understand your stress as a caregiver emotionally, financially and more. I just wanted you to know that on those days its hardest and you feel alone and stressed please know that you do have a comrade out there that's doing her damndest right there with you!. I believe in you and YOU are AMAZING!! 🫶🙏.
@nunya6592 Thank you so much! I'm sorry that you are going through similar struggles. It's definitely challenging. Lately things just seem to really be caving in. Hopefully, things will start looking up for both of us soon. I'm just giving it up to God.

I needed this message today. I’m near downtown Houston and am getting my cats together to head to a friend’s house. It’s just too hot to stay here and I think our power was affected by the towers that fell. Which means, no electricity until Wed-Thu. I’ve been dealing with low anxiety since then and haven’t slept much. Prayer warriors, please pray for those who lost so much and are still in the dark. 😢

I am with you on this Kim, “never give up”. My son started having seizures two weeks after I got diagnosed in 2021 with CML; it has been hard, but giving up has never even crossed my mind. Everything is for a season, this too shall pass!

Eddie, I left a comment a while back about being the man of the house and setting an example since you are the highest In Taekwondo. I know you are still a young man and you will make mistakes. But, when mommy gets serious, you need to pay attention to her like you do with your Taekwondo Masters. She is your mom and you should listen.

Thank you so much. I battle with POTS, it affects my learning ability specially as I get older. I started a new education and it is so hard for me. I get fatigued and started to think about giving up. ❤ The affect of you sharing gives love to us. And healing. We share diffrent difficulties.
Thanks for the inspiration for not giving up. I have been going through it for a yr and a half. Sometimes, it's hard to keep going and not give up. Everyone is going through something, and we all need to be kinder.

🥋 Edgar you are the cutest but please love your mama, and please respect her because some day you are going to be grown and she might not be around and your going to think back and wish you had done things different. Your relationship with your mama is everything, it is more important than your favorite toy, it is gold. We all get upset and we all want our way but your mama is there to guide you and teach you and she has nothing but love for you to be a success in life. There are other ways to show that you are upset and to work through it, find which one works for you and have it as your go to. It will be very valuable for you as you get older. I know you got this and I know that you love your mama. Keep practicing it will get easier if you want it to.
I commend you for the determination you have for yourself. But also reaching the kids to never give up. Then I was intrigued by the conversation you and Lizzy were having. It’s amazing to have those conversations with our children early on. She has a plan that Imos ire may change over the years, but she’s grounded in what she wants and knows exactly what is required to achieve it. Eddie will change his mind back and forth as well, but that’s where we their villages (parents, mentors, aunts or uncles, grandparents,etc) get them the-centered with the power of God… all things are possible.
