Dorito Casserole
1 family size bag Doritos, any flavor (I used Nacho Cheese)
1 onion diced
1 pound lean ground beef
1 clove garlic minced
1 cup salsa
1 package low sodium taco seasoning or homemade taco seasoning
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
2 cups shredded cheese (I used mex blend or cheddar)
OPTIONAL TOPPINGS
▢ Lettuce
▢ Tomato
▢ Olives
▢ Sour Cream

I bet a can of refried beans added to the meat mixture and then maybe some cheese..( not a lot but some) added in the layers would be another way to make this awesome, too. 😊💖

@@WhatsCookinwithTay Being from central south Texas beans and refried beans are pretty much a staple to us. Maybe you just haven't had them cooked the right way. Canned beans aren't cooked right either. We like ours cooked from scratch. Thank you for your patience and your really good recipes. 💟
