A year ago I was using Jalapeno's and Cayenne powder. Now I use jalapeno's, Serrano's, Hungarian Hot wax and Habanero's chopped. For powders I add cayenne, scotch bonnet and a sprinkle of ghost pepper. An entire bottle of red curry powder, all spice, anise seed, fennel seed, cumin seed, thyme and black pepper. Cook it all up with chopped onions, garlic, lamb or chicken, diced tomato and scallions.

jonboiz2121 'Spicy' is wrongly used. As you say it should be 'hot' or in China 'numbing'. Spicy should add flavour not heat.
