Total respect, Darren, you were as cool as a cucumber. That actually looked tasty as well as hot. Hope to be in London in 2022 and will definitely eat at City Spice. It’s a while since I’ve been on Brick Lane. Happy New Year when it comes and thanks for all your content.
Lol. Started off its warm. It's warm. Then my tongue is on fire!! Can't wait to have a go at this DJ Dazzler. However you also have to do it again. Bring it on!
Darren you amazed me finishing that curry I don’t think many will complete the challenge, they should name it Darren’s Great Bowl’s of Fire , you have my respect, have a great 2022
Firstly ... congratulations on the challenge ... your a brave man Darren. When that music came on "Get up & get out" ... I thought yeah , that would be me running down Brick Lane looking for a Fire Extinguisher 🤣 No... seriously .. well done ! Food did look amazing too & the host was a true gent 👍 Another Top vlog DJ 👍🔥🔥🔥

Good evening Darren, I’ve been informed that you were the only one to beat this challenge. Yesterday, that changed, it’s an honour to share beating this challenge with you, the lads at City Spice were amazing and the curry was a killer.
👏👏👏👏👏 You absolute legend! I had to go straight to the end about a minute after you started the curry I couldn't handle it 😂😂 what an effort! Off the charts mate off the charts!
Well done Darren, that looked lethal! Carolina Reapers have been the worlds hottest chilis since 2013. I grow chilis but super hots don't do well in UK. I have grown bhut jolikia, ghost peppers which Carolina Reapers dethroned as the hottest and made curries with them which were insane. Think I'd have struggled with that though, so really well done. 👌👍
The macmaster can't eat anything hotter than a korma.....I would have loved to see you with him when he was eating a hot curry when he was last in Tenerife. He nearly sweated himself to death.
Well done Darren, what a win!! I do the Tubes of Terror and The Death Nut from Blazing Foods from America. a few spices in your food like The Carolina Reaper, hottest pepper in the World for the past years. You did a grand job
😮 I have watching your blogs a few years now and I got to say you had me holding my blanket over my eyes each time you took a spoonful. Well done congratulations . I must just for the experience go eat at this restaurant when the weather gets better. Darren I hope you took a few Rennies and Gavoscon your best friend. May the lord have mercy on you for the hot food you had on the way out. ❤ well done Darren
I'd be like that woman in the background coughing my guts up - can't do very hot me What a legend for finishing it DJ 👏 hats off to you Hope you had a lovely Christmas and have a lovely New Year 😁
Fair play! I’m Indian myself and can’t do spicy food 🤣 just looking at that had me 😮💨 I bought the flamin hot with tangy cheese Doritos for us the other day thinking it’ll be ok but me and my kids were howling it was sooo spicy!! 🥵 😂
I'm old enough to remember when Indian restaurants would rely on fresh chillies or powder to heat up their dishes. Too many these days use chemical extracts of capsaicin, which can be many times hotter than anything nature can produce. Glad you survived the _"double burn"_ of this curry challenge *DJ!*
A wonderful video. You are very brave and the restaurateur was outstanding who took such pride in his food. I saw your other video there with Lee. It looks a great place to visit.
I’m not sure how food can look spicy hot but that looked incredibly spicy hot, looked incredible though Darren really looked forward to this video and it was well worth it!
Hats off to you for finishing that Darren, if I'm down that way I'm going to give City Spice a try, but not the challenge. Shame about the noisy tables encroaching on your vlog.

Darren I was sweating just watching that. Don't bother taking Lee for the challenge he struggles with a spiced up Tikka Masala he would need a bucket full of Mango Lassi with that. A couple of questions though 1 What did you call it 2 What was it like using the facilities the next day. If you know what I mean 😉
Great music selection. It took me a while to find this to download but I did. Lakesha Nugent "Get up and Get Out" Another great restaurant review. You are very brave to eat food this hot!!

You're a man after my own heart Darren. I was introduced to Indian food by a 'mate' a long time ago, who suggested I try a Vindaloo as a good starting point whilst he ordered a pitiful (as I now know) Biryani. It was a shock at the time but I didn't let him see my discomfort and ate the lot. Since then I have had many and really love a hot one. Iv'e tried Bangalore phall and naga dishes and love them. Ordered one in a restaurant where the waiter warned me not to order it. I did and the chef came out of the kitchen to watch me eat it. Brilliant. Got to say you did extremely well with this challenge. Looks to be a great restaurant that doesn't skimp on portions.
The chillis you need are: 1.the chocolate primatali and 2: the warthog. Johnny Scoville's recommendation on 'Chase the Heat'. He has eaten them all and these are the current hottest, as of August 24.
Awesome video Dazzla, the portion looked massive yet gorgeous, well done in finishing it. Don't think Lee could do a spoonful to be honest ,as he gets a sweat on with fish shop currys...lol Happy New Year.

New subscriber... I have never seen anyone eat the ultra spicey curry.. How does this guy take that heat. I thought he was just showing off at first.. but darn he was serious!!
That was a massive amount of curry, well done you 👍🏽🌶️ looks like a lot of effort went into that challenge, on their part and yours. 👍🏽 I can only imagine the inevitable second burn 🔥 on the way out 😅
Nice vid DJ. Have you ever had a Pathia? Lovely citrus sweet / sour hot flavour. Totally recommend if you've not tried it before. Love the content matey. Keep 'em coming.
But...but...but...you didn't NAME it! I'm jealous you get to live in London and have excellent Indian food on a regular basis. I have to go 60 miles for anything like that. So I'm learning to cook Indian at home. The internet is invaluable for learning. I'm doing a great vindaloo now, my favorite. Happily, acceptable naan can be got at most of our supermarkets now. Bravo on meeting the challenge.
If I could give this vlog 1000 thumbs up I would. You are one cool dude Darren. MASSIVE WELL DONE on completing the challenge. That was one HUGE plate of food and you ate it like a champion. New subscriber... I have never seen anyone eat the ultra spicey curry.. How does this guy take that heat. I thought he was just showing off at first.. but darn he was serious!!
Appreciate it, welcome aboard 🙂
New subscriber!! Excited for this 🌶!! From the uk 🥰🥰

Credit - you handled it in a very dignified way. Bravo
Thanks Nunga
"city spice" lol the chef knew what he was doing with that name, clearly a south park watcher
Top man Darren keep the curry reviews coming pal 👍 best wishes from Dublin.
Thank you Alan - good man
That was a massive amount of curry, well done you 👍🏽🌶️ looks like a lot of effort went into that challenge, on their part and yours. 👍🏽 I can only imagine the inevitable second burn 🔥 on the way out 😅
Tough challenge
100,000 people. That’s more people than can fit inside Wembley football stadium. Off the charts !
Nice vid DJ. Have you ever had a Pathia? Lovely citrus sweet / sour hot flavour. Totally recommend if you've not tried it before. Love the content matey. Keep 'em coming.
Thank you Roman, I will keep that in mind
The beads of sweat were glistening on your forehead and I have never seen you on a vlog with tears in your eyes before. There is no way that The MacMaster could eat that. One question..................how were you the next day ?
Thank you Thelma
I was ok the next day, went to work like it was another normal day.
That was awesome, you got a name for it. Off the charts.
My thoughts exactly
