This job can be done on the ground with jacks and stands. lift/hoist is not required.

Excellent! Thanks for the video. I was planning to do rear control arms and links, because of the "what bushings?" syndrome but now I think I'll look closer at the subframe and see if it's rotted out.

Roughly how long did it take?
Well took me lot longer due to filming and everything. id say some one could get it done in a day or less.
I'm sure someone thats done many could do it in few hours.
I recently did one on a 2012 jeep compass awd and it took me 7.5 hours with alignmnet. I did have complications that I had to fix. One of the frame bolts broke in the frame. Had to remove broken piece. Also one the shock thru bolts was seized In The bushing sleeve. Had to get that out. The frame doesn't come with a differential bushing so I had to press old one out and press it into new frame. Owner didn't want to buy new. Pain in the ass to do in any salt state. The frames get replaced because they rust, but everything else is just as rusted so things break. And like this tech stated, sometimes things don't align like they should when people bring you aftermarket parts. Had a horrible time getting the shock bolts align thru lower control arms.
How much would something like this cost to do
The shop Just said thousands.... Thats when my buddy called me to do this one. Also the reason I made a video on how to so semi inclined people can do it themselves.
I found one on Amazon for 400 shipped and received last week, now for the install 😬
