Endlich einmal eine Anleitung, in der nicht dauernd geredet wird nach dem Motto: es könnte sein, dass... oder dies... oder ähnlich,, das stört so sehr, dass sich immer abgebrochen habe. Ma'am I am a great fan of you. Yr voice is so motivating ❤. I started doing yr meditation in the morning time. Its so soothing. But due to some injury in my back, very difficult for me to sit straight. Can you please suggest any meditation while laying down for the morning time.
