@@gomugomunokienzan Some goofy footed skater just backside flipped over the fence recently and did it the easier way but I know John Bradford is planning on backside flipping over the 16 stair fence and he skates regular so it would be an Alley-oop backside flip over the fence which is considered the hard way which would be so fucked up of he does it.
Santas Brother I'm pretty sure there's no known deaths doing Hollywood handrail right? Or the Hollywood 12? Cuz I'm doing it soon. and I'm pretty sure that skating doesn't kill u.
+Swagboy litboy I once saw this guy smash his face on the ground and he didn't die but he is totally okay... Apart from the fact he has no face anymore.
Scott Weiland This video was posted 6 years ago(and the footage is even older). Vinnie wasn’t skating any 16 stairs sets at the time these where filmed haha.
Scott Weiland definitely still belongs to Nyah and Reynolds. Joslin is a beast but you won’t see him touching the rail. He owns a lot of other spots but not HH16
Scott Weiland Haha I want to see this new montage. If there was one there would be tricks down it that’ll make you second think your comment. Dashawn 270 lipslide?? Lazer flip, Nyjah switch front feeble etc etc. Smh. At the end of the day as long as they do something to contribute to the spot kudos to any skater out there. Some of y’all are to busy comparing and forget to appreciate the skating. Your type are wack af🤦🏽♂️. Don’t forget to give credit to the OG’s that paved the way, pushed the possibilities and inspired the new generation of skaters.
Have to put A HUGE amount of respect on this video - 7 years old!!! Pre dating "list culture" and predating a lot of the very very evolved skating that has gone down in the last 3 years!
His feet stayed perfectly flat and planted to the board the whole time too! Didn't even see him dip his toes and shift the board to use the momentum to keep his feet on the tape (as some/most people do with a lot of airtime when they no-grab)... You know you got 360s down when they look like you're on a snowboard lol.
i love how much skating has progressed. back in the early 2000's simple 180's and nollie tricks were a huge deal. now kids are doing backflips and shit down it. no big deal...
I'm going with the noseblunt as the most impressive dedicated to difficulty trick i see happen the slow mo was really worth it that shows how good people can get at those
Greg Harris' halfcab at the beginning was boss. I've never heard such a clean "SLAP!" when landing such a big set. I guess the camera was a bit away idk just sick.
Yeah Nyjah killed that rail. Bs Blunt as a kid, Switch Big Heel, Kick Flip Bs Lipslide, 270 Board, Bs Nose Blunt, and I think he also switch feebled it
@2:41 Was the sickest here imo as far as non-rail. I am surprised you did not show the one where Chris Joslin did a “Ghetto Bird” (backside, 180 hard flip, invented by Kareem Campbell) here.
Oh man remember that one time..mr.potatohead with the backside googley eyes and the tongue out with the shoes and hat!? Oh that was so dope..then he busts out with the glasses and no feet!? Whoa!

Andrew Reynolds Baker 3 Fs flip over the rail will always and forever be legendary
Decenzo did it over the fence though.....

Honorable mention, Johnny Knoxville
Santa Craws what the duck bro
Tristan whalen In the original Jackass movie Johnny Knoxville tries to 50-50 the rail
+Carson Allair really, without the huge metal thing ??

Personally my favorite is the boss' varial heel. He landed it a gazillion times just to perfect it.
Couldn’t have been more perfect almost ridiculously perfect smh
Nyjah and Reynolds own that spot
Nah. Vinnie's tre benihana.

TJ Rogers is my fav with the switch front 3.
John Guevara that has to be my fav he put some umph into it
Nyjah 270 lip would be insane hard to do there all hard but a 270 lip on that rail in something else
Sh!t was tight
that BS 50-50 on the rail closest to the street is nuts to me. If you f that up you are getting impaled.
personal favorite TJ Rogers switch fs 360. Best pop, style and landing
I think Nyjah Houston's switch big heel takes the fucking cake. Jeez.
***** Or his noseblunt!!
+Seven Foot Pelican i only scrolled down to check comments for this comment.
unreal trick.
or his 270 lipslide
+Seven Foot Pelican That switch 360 by TJ is fucking insane as well.
+Seven Foot Pelican he also makes it look as if it was a 4 stair gap. incredibile

Your reaching lol I can name numerous skaters from the early 2000s that have video parts that can blow away parts nowadays.
@@amante104 of course I’m reaching haha. I’m exaggerating for effect
The Boss's fs flip over the rail still is top 3 for me.
That big heel(body Varial 180 360 heel flip) down the stairs was epic. Reynolds’s varial heel and FS flip were amazing too
It was switch 🤯
Dallas' BS Tail 4:19 was the best grind part by far....Nyjah kills this spot though...
Jamie Thomas with the first backlip on it always sticks out to me.
I'd love to see a part two of this. Dashawn Jordan's Lazer Heel has to be up there.
I'm going with the noseblunt as the most impressive dedicated to difficulty trick i see happen the slow mo was really worth it that shows how good people can get at those
Yeah Lizard King is a beast
na the backside tailslide at 4:18 is way gnarlier
The boss OWNS this spot
Agreed :) +1
dollins k flip crook with always be my favorite trick on this rail, the angle is crazy😻
+DoneZo yeah I know ,still the dopest rail trick here I think, other than lizards front nose on the 17
2:34 people were like "WTF!" lol
Derrick wilsons nollie heel tho damn that shit was clean
for me, Arto switch fs board still wins. maybe some other tricks since then have been technically harder, but at the time... that was unreal.
Finally! Some people are "Ar... who?"
even if you dont like him you gotta admit Nyjah houstons a boss boarder
is Huston ¬¬
Nyjah is the best skater alive
don't ever call somebody a "boarder" ever again
sigalig Ok Dad??!
I saw him when he was little and had dreadlocks to the ground tearing up a park
Anything that doesn’t roll out the gate doesn’t count, Drew set the rules.
I know it wasn't the hardest trick in the video, but my favorite was the backside flip.
bs noseblunt and bs smith were my favorites.
I like seeing those salad grinds down the rail.. underrated grind..
Matt Allen and that whole foundation team were the shit back in the day...
That bs noseblunt was perfect though
Dashawn Jordan - Laser flip
At the time the switch front board from Arto was unreal...
Andrew Reynolds fs flip over the rail was my fav
The Front Tail was by Joey Poirez!! R.I.P!
He died?
***** Yes. www.forevermissed.com/joel-poiriez/#gallery%2Fvideos
+Hmmmm Nice Bike Thanks for the insight R.I.P
this seems like a popular spot. going to be snowing soon here in kanata
vinnie bahns hardflip indy !!!
i was thinking that
Vinnie did that in like 2016 or sum and this vid was made in 2014
The video is older than the trick
Wasn't that down the 12 and not the 16 though?
Brent Henson he did hardflip Indy fingerflip of the 12 and did hardflip Indy of the 16
Front 3. Wow. Skating is a thing of beauty.
Greg Harris' halfcab at the beginning was boss. I've never heard such a clean "SLAP!" when landing such a big set. I guess the camera was a bit away idk just sick.
That Andrew Reynolds v heel blew my mind
sick video! i think the back tail was Dallas Rockvam
Good to see Geoff Cook's switch lip in there for Straya!
that kickflip back lip and back nose blunt tho take the cake.. insane
Yeah Nyjah killed that rail. Bs Blunt as a kid, Switch Big Heel, Kick Flip Bs Lipslide, 270 Board, Bs Nose Blunt, and I think he also switch feebled it
All were great, Reynolds owns though imo..
don't forget just how high Reynolds popped over that thing. its not just that's its iconic. its brutal.
Looking forward to an updated version or a Pt 2. Vinnie banh killed it
reynolds the hollywood high veteran fasho
That switch 3 was insane, so fast too
I really liked Eli Reed's big ol switch ollie and the switch 50-50
Got my feeble fakie thanks.
Steven Lemos shit was butters
Thats one of the prettiest grinds in the whole vid. Good shit man
R.I.P. Shane Cross
U rock
that backside flip at 1:05 was insane
Who is that?
@@cruizerlanedeluxe8584 Dee Ostrander
Andrew Reynolds obviously loves this spot.
Who did the nollie flip
lmao teh music @ 3:23
no joke loooool, right next to spikes
The sound of sticking a trick on bolts there is nothing like it.
That back 3 was dope
how do people hate on nyjah? dude got the best trick down this set(sw big heel) and the rail (kick flip back lip+ BS360 lip back to back 1st try)
Sw 50 is the best rail trick and boss fs flip over the rail was best flip
6:06 THE BEST!!!!
Great video
kickflip melon will always be my favorite trick on the 16
Artis is a ripper
Wow!!! Nollie Down good!!!
@2:41 Was the sickest here imo as far as non-rail. I am surprised you did not show the one where Chris Joslin did a “Ghetto Bird” (backside, 180 hard flip, invented by Kareem Campbell) here.
I still can't believe Brockman switch 50'd it. Like... how in the world do you bail that if you don't get on right?!
Nyjah a monster
Backside tail?!? That shit was cray
that would be no1 for me. do you know who that was? the bs tailside fakie I mean of course.
el que hace el bs tail es dallas rockvam
So freaking scary! And rolling away fakie!
Almost everyone is on the Baker, Emerica, Deathwish team! HAHA
Back in the day I saw a sequence of Sean Malto doing a back salad to fakie on the 16, but I've never seen the clip online.
Never forget Matt Ball FS Feeble 16 rail kids 411VM 66
Andrew Reynolds with that goofy Eminem cap is my favorite 1
rip shane cross
I stumbled upon this spot on a trip to Cali last week and shit my pants with excitement
Matt McKay, awesome montage, you should make one of these for the Wilshire 15 and the 10.
Oh man remember that one time..mr.potatohead with the backside googley eyes and the tongue out with the shoes and hat!? Oh that was so dope..then he busts out with the glasses and no feet!? Whoa!
5:09 He locked that shit in so perfectly!
props to making this edit alot of great skateboarders
What about Chris Haslam"s kickflip back smith in round 3?
That was 12 set, not 16
Timmy Knuth kickflip crookd the hollywood 16
reynolds murdered this set
The Kickflip Melon over the fence is Aaron Artis. It's from his Blind What If part.
Dat Sw fs 360 from TJ Rogers was fucking nuts!
The tricks involving the rail of death were the craziest
nyjah shredded the fuck outta this spot
That kickflip melon grab was just out of this fucking world
We need a new one of these
As much as I never want to see Nyjah win contests ever again, he is probably one of the top 5 skaters of all time. And he is 20.

Chris Joslin backside bigspin it !
And he hardflipped it when he was 12 yrs old
+Kyle S 12 years old. 12 stair hardflip.

I think Dustin dollins kickflip krooks should be there . And Chris Haslams kickflip back Smith too
That’s the 12. Not the 16
