    Thanks for showing me, JGM. I'm pretty new to the game and couldn't work out how to make ale.

    Is it just me or do they consume Ale extremely fast? You would expect every family drinks one per month like food. I keep importing it to fill my brewery, but I barely can restock it before it runs out.

      @@sanamlawati5349 That can't be right. They have to rebalance that if it's not a bug. 1 Ale for every family per month. Perhaps 2. They drank a lot of it during medieval times. All of my non-essential workforce is making rooftiles to sell so I can afford to buy ale. Instead of creating new buildings.
      And I can't afford not having any ale. I play on very difficult. If I don't have any ale public support while get below 50% even though I got anything else they want, different food types, clothes and church.
      In other words. Wthout Ale my village will not grow. And because I need so much of it it just grows very slowly because I am too busy to produce stuff to buy ale.
      I will simply wait until they release the first Patch. And hopefully solve this problem. (I mean it's a new release. Only takes a few days normally for the first Patch because of the many bugs)
      It reminds me on the Stone Age City Builder: "Dawn of Man" where they had to switch from 2 Units grain to One unit grain to produce Beer. Because half of your city was needed to produce the grain for your brewery.

    Can you transport raw barley directly from the farm into the Burgage Brewery? Or does it need to be processed in a Malt House first? Or can you buy barley at the trading post to use that in the Burgage Breweries... or do you need to buy Malt? Seems like it would skip a step, or maybe the Burgage Breweries are assumed to have their own small malt shed as part of their operation? If this is true, this would eliminate the need for a malt house... unless you simply want to sell malt via the trading post...

      The Barley must be turned into Malt first at the Malthouse, then transported to the artisan burgage plot to be turned into ale, and then finally on to the tavern.
      You can also buy the barley, malt, or the ale itself if you have land that’s not fertile for growing barley on.
      Hope that helps!

    My level 2 burgage's don't have the option for a backyard extension? Do I need to have all requirements boxes ticked besides the tavern supply one?

    • @sanamlawati5349
      @sanamlawati5349 3 місяці тому

      No you need to have backyard extension when you’re placing the burgages plot. It is a plus sign

    • @jgmgaming
      @jgmgaming  3 місяці тому

      You have to make your burgage plots big enough to allow for a backyard extension when you are first building them. If you make them large enough, then each burgage plot can have 1 additional house and 1 backyard extension. Hope that helps!

    I don't have any ground fertile to barley :s

  • @yQuzko

    What if the land isn’t fertile for barely

    • @jgmgaming
      @jgmgaming  3 місяці тому

      Then you can still use the other method and import either the barley, malt, or ale itself :)

      If you put it to fallow for a year it’ll increase your next harvests fertility percentage
