- 1- Make sure you have plenty of firewood with woodcutters. Without enough fuel, you can't do anything.
2- Make sure you build storehouse next to your woodcutters
3- Assign enough people to "transport" goods in your storehouse. The amount of families will depends on the size of your village. Ex: I have 230 people so I had to assign around 5-6 families for 2 Large Storehouses
4- Build a Market Place next to your Storehouse.
5- Build Houses around everything above.

I'm having issues with firewood this map as well. I have a large storehouse only dealing with firewood besides another one dealing with firewood+rest of stuff all stacked with workers and at max level. People still not getting firewood even though i got stocks for 30 months(lol). I got a market place wall in wall with every storehouse I got but when building new marketplace they somehow always build their stall furthest away.
How I managed to get more coverage after checking out your video is I looked at all my firewood stalls and relocated them either closest to where the family works or in the market closest to the houses who aren't getting any wood and my issue has been resolved.
The thing is some of us play the game by building market places closest to the granary/storehouse rather than the houses but that means multiple markets and MAKING SURE the peasants don't just go and plant their darn stall in the most far away market you got xD
added this to my wish-list. looks fun & i'll like to try it out later lol
It's fun but there are some major bugs. You may want to wait for patches
i'm not a city builder type of gamer but holy this game has made me love this,but 100% wait for patches. excluding the bugs it's a amazing game

Use double plots, the consumption is the same so you get double the people for the same amount of production demand.
I wish the upgraded storehouse could have 6 workers like the upgraded grainery.

By the way your village is not looking as an organic village. It Looks like an Industrial area… sorry. Your solution might be that but if i dont be free to make a medieval village then i delete this game…
