As someone who enjoys law RP the most, the current constitution/legislation is an absolute shit show with so many holes in it that it might as well not even exist. This is definitely a good change of pace hopefully the DOJ aren't completely retarded now.

With a new Constitutional refresh, the terrorism conviction should be null and void. If the previous government is dismantled and a new one arises, it doesn’t make sense to hold that conviction.
I love LK and everything but if they do that then they basically have to give everyone a expungement. Unless it actually soft locks them in the future from doing certain things business wise then I don’t think it should be a problem

The overall review process of DOJ was questioned and not agreeable, they basically said they would have their own internal investigations on DOJ and officers that have complaints filed on them

There was a recent case where a dude was held in jail without any charges being brought for sometime I believe ( 3 days ). Guess what happened? he was released and ended up winning a civil suit. lol
he was illegally being held, and charges were never made. The judge sided with the kid when he never knew what he was arrested for.
